The next few weeks may get interesting.
Maybe this is part of a new marketing idea, announce a ride for next year just before the park opens. Would it bring people in? Or would it draw people out for this year thinking it would be better to go next year. Interesting idea. Again, the next few weeks will be interesting.
Please join us in the new Maverick Theatre(tm) for Construction: The Show. Watch men and women pour concrete, lift steel, and if your lucky, weld! All from the comfort of our slowly spinning stage, complete with moat surrounding it! This show runs continuously until 4 PM, except for coffee breaks.

Moosh, they aren't listening to you. Logic escapes a majority of the crowd. Why would Cedar Fair build B&M coasters at 3 of their parks and not at their biggest park? They obviously had a multi-ride contract with them.
Ironic twist of statements, eh? I guess your now just a part of the "majority" too. The sarcasm card won't work since your post contains not a trace of it.

And look at the direction of the track. Hmmmm...
But it's just a silly T-Shirt that has been for sale for a year from what I read on Pointbuzz.

I know the T isn't related to the 2007 ride, but it would look good with the Maverick logo and make sense if it is a 4D. Plus, the new 4D does appear to take some time to build.

Skyhawk anyone? ;)
I seriously doubt that half of Cedar Fair's employees even KNOW the difference in coaster-building companies, let alone their track styles.
(sigh)
Memphis Kiddie Park opens this weekend! I'll be there with my 5 1/2 year old and almost 3 year old! Little Dipper, first coaster of the year!! Woohoo!!
