I say SFA. It'd fit in perfectly there!!
Whenever I think of that park, I think of the BNL song, it's all been done. "It's all been done before!" Greatest lyric ever
Gee, I wonder why you thought of that? Give me back my damn tape already, Corey! :O
As to my guess on where Shockwave is headed...
Point your atlas to Houston, TX.

It tastes like burning.
So what we have another arrow it still isn't a Megalooper. Put lapbar restraints on that bad baby, whole new coaster.

SFKK
They need a ride.
It's close to Chicago - low transportation costs, more time to work on it & less in transit.
It would be a massivly impressive addition to their skyline.
It's been a parking lot coaster once before. They can do it again, if it doesn't fit.
Could be a great ride with a little TLC, or a wonderful ride with a complete makeover.
Fans of Shockwave could still easily visit it in Louisville.

Current favorite coasters:
Wooden: 1) Beast 2) Raven 3) Son of Beast 4) The Boss 5) Timber Wolf
Steel: 1) Raging Bull 2) Millennium Force 3) V2 4) Wild Thing 5) Deja Vu / Mr. Freeze (tie)

It seems to me that the quote/unquote REPAIR BIN might be the best idea, but it would be a coup if Jazzland picked this up too as well as Gambit. SF would be making quite a statement to the city of New Orleans about capital improvements!
Although I think they need a water park. Can you believe that last summer it actually got up to 245 degrees?

Getting a B&M will always beat out having to take a BM.
At 245, all the water would've "boiled off"...making a silly-looking "waterpark"....;)
edit: agreed about Nawlins, but I think those folks will be REALLY happy with what they're already getting....a "new to you" Beemer, and a recycled Anton shuttle-looper....I know I'd be happy....:)

2 superheroes in Gurnee next season? Oh the humanity. :)
Bill, my brother lives in BaTAWN Rouge, and I'd love to see Viper somewhere, but I haven't given up hope that SFoG will still find room for it somewhere. It'll be called Viper Revenge. A reprofiling by Morgan (coming out of retirement for this job) shows Vipers new look. The vertical loop will be removed, and in it's place, 2 high impact bunny hops into the large spike.

Chitown, I thought you'd know by now I really don't know squat....just what's ggod business...and Viper/Wave certainly IS a world-class shuttle coaster....;). the ONLY reason it didn't draw big crowds at SFoG IMO was it's poor location - what I refer to as *DF disease* - not that DF didn't have other "issues"....*Excuse me, how do I find this coaster anyway*
Brian, the PAX coaster featured bunnies AND a loop....but Chitown's right, don't mess with perfection....
Chitown, I was hoping you'd KNOW I was only kidding. I mourn the loss of Viper everytime I go.
I mean, let's face it, Viper is one of the few coasters that I couldn't powerride. You have to respect the coasters that FORCE you to get off and take a break.

Please, please, please send Viper-Wave to SFKK so that it's 'closer to home.'

SFOG NEEDS to get rid of the POS we call Ninja. I'll galdly trade an Arrow megaloopers for the POS Vekoma megalooper we have now.The POS formerly known as Kamakizi was not that great when it was new(in New Jersey) I rode the 2nd train out on it's opening day....

*If* it actually does go anywhere (which is a *big* "if" if you ask me), I would expect it to go to Houston. If not there, then SFKK.
But as I said before, I don't see why they'd even want to send it anywhere else, as it doesn't seem cost-effective at all.
