It's the operators responsibility. It's not like they're purposely overlooking something in the basket, it's more along the lines of the item on the counter and the cashier not scanning it and putting it into the bag. You're there doing your part - if someone doesn't do their job that's their problem, not yours.
YMMV.
As long as the coaster runs, the rain is not a concern to me. In fact, the ride will likely be all that more insane with a good rain! :)

The fact still remains the same purposely trying to get a free ride is wrong and it is a form of stealing! The ride opps do forget to check for wristbands and take tickets because most people have wristbands. People should just be honest!

With this said however, my friends have done this with me there with them. They have never gotten in line without the amount of tickets needed to ride on them, the ride operator doesn't take them and they forget to get them out, whether knowingly or not.
You're analogy has no bearing. By saying that, this means also that you have never been given a coupon for something free, because if it's a good item that you didn't pay for it's stealing, because other people have to pay for it to get it... It's essentially the ride operator giving you a "Free Ride" coupon because they failed to do their job correctly.
Battle it either way, I don't really care, because all I get is a Ride-A-Rama, but with this known I wont be "STEELING" any rides on Saturday.

If you have 50 people you can get a group discount anyway but you might have to buy in advance.Other altenative is buy 2 cases of pepsi "coupon" cans. They usually save $2.50 per combo. I haven't seen one yet but they seem to do it every year.
Just took a peek at the rates and you can get them for $15.25 which is not bad at all. School voucher are good for May,June and August 19th thru Labor day. *** Edited 5/15/2008 6:36:48 PM UTC by rsscbell***
Only once will we have a group of 50 or so...the other times will be me and my small group in the extended family (Godkids/nieces/nephews), and usually get the tix at AAA ($18 combo tix this year)....otherwise, it didn't hurt to ask...how long are they selling the PTA tix? I live in the Youngstown OH area, and I usually just drive straight to the park with the AAA tix in in hand.
Well, It will be just my 14yr old and I sticking out the whole day. My wife and 18yr old are going to ride once in the morning and once after we meet for dinner. Guess i'll save a few dollars for more funnel cakes.

1. The coaster already seems to be picking up speed from the early test footage.
2. Talk about "gaydar"...I give the guy in the HOLISTER sweatshirt about 4 years before coming out. lol ;)
And it does seem to be breaking in well.I doubt they had enough water weight to rival a full train during the test runs. So it could make a slight difference.
