My Top 5
(1) Shivering Timbers(2)Millennium Force(3) Magnum XL200(4) Apollo's Chariot(5) Volcano: TBC
since flight of fear got the lap bars, then the 2 roughest ones i have been on are:
1.)mind eraser @ SFA
2.)anaconda @ PKD(serious headache)
A tie for me. Son of Beast at PKI and Sidewinder (the Vekoma Boomerang) at Hersheypark. I found Viper at Darien Lake more painful last year than I had remembered.

Hey Islanders fans, ask your team how the golf courses are on Long Island. GO LEAFS GO!!
Flashback and Psyclone at SFMM (I wont ever ride these two again). Magnum at CP. (last year was my first try on Magnum, very disappointing. I'll give it one more chnace this year.) There are plenty of other rides that are "rough" or "bumpy", but I wouldn't say they cause PAIN. Not so bad that I would all together skip them. Most rides are worth at least one spin.

I've traded in my 2000 Giovanola for a 2002 Arrow X4D
My other car is now an Arrow X4D!

The Robin side of Batman and Robin: The Chiller before the OTSRs were removed is the most painful coaster I've ridden. And, the only coaster that I swore I would never ride again. One girl got off my train bleeding.
However, with the new restraints, it's a great ride.

It's his turn to feast, when you ride the Son of Beast.
It is a toss up between Drachen Fire @ BGW or OT:FOF.

Rob,
I think I would actually give the #1 nod to Flashback, then Psyclone. Magnum is a distant 3rd. I wish I had a chance to ride Windjammer tho.

For me I have several that I won't/can't ride anymore because they're too painful:
Shockwave (SFGAm) - won't ride - worst headache ever.
Thunderbolt (KW) - won't ride - roughest, most painful wooden.
SoB (PKI) - can't ride - lap bars and block under feet causes my legs to be squashed into bars which is very painful.
Magnum (CP) - won't ride - lap bars beat the heck out of my legs.

Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former." - Albert Einstein
The old OL:FOF wins for me, flat-out, not even close....the Advil stand outside the ride exit should have been the tip-off....
SoB was not exactly "re-rideable", made us thankful for the *short* ERT session....hopefully it's improved since then. The only coaster with lapbars that I felt hurt me physically. Revolution was somewhat painful, certainly ranks up there...
As for emotionally painful coasters, Mean Streak last year hurt my feelings, as did the "neutered" Beast......SO glad to hear they're both running much better this year....
edit: (dis)honorable mention to the Arrow loopers GASM-II, Anaconda, and the Vekoma Ninja...three coasters I would rather watch than ever ride again....

Mine are Mind Eraser and and Mr Hydes Nasty Fall and Serial Thriller at SFWoA
I came off Mind Eraser with a bloody ear from the "padding" on the restraints....that was the first year they put it in.. I haven't been on it since...anyone tell me if it is better?
