most painful rollercoaster
what is the most painful rollercoaster you have ever ridden? for me it has to be shockwave at sfgam, that ride gives me the biggest headache, it might actually be a great ride if it didnt inflict so much torture on my head.
For me it was Steel Phantom at Kennywood, had a nasty headache after that, and Blue Streak at Conneaut Lake Park, my ankle hit the inside of the train while going thru a curve, had a hard time walking after that.......

Magnum kicked my butt last season. Still my favorite coaster (After the Force of the Millennium).

Iron Wolf is the worst I have ever been on. I wish it wasn't so painful because it is a historically important coaster.

If you haven't noticed from other postings, they have replaced the head padding on Iron Wolf.
It is a lot more comfortable now. Have you ridden it this year yet ?
If only they could do something about Shockwave. I really love that ride, but it really is getting to the point where I can only ride it once or twice in a day due to the head banging.

Most painful ride I've ridden is Magnum last season. It felt like I was riding on jagged rocks...how overrated can you get.

At sfwoa the serial thriller it just banged my head around the lapbar the whole time it gave me such a bad headache.

Before yesterday, I would have said the Canobie Corkscrew, but after taking two spins on SFNE's Mind Eraser, it gets my vote. This is one roller coaster that hasn't aged well.

If that hurt I'd hate to see what the rest of the ride did to you, as Phantom's Revenge keeps the same first drop. Anyway, Mean Streak has to be the most painful coaster that I've been on.

Iron Wolf (even with the new padding)
Serial Thriller (the put the so-called padding to close to your head your ears get boxed)
