I think even that misses the point Jeff. They're doing it for themselves. They're not preaching to anybody.
If that's the case, I wish I had Mr. Fetterman's job.
Or, more accurately, I wish I'd had Mr. Fetterman's freedom on MY job...
Is Mr. Fetterman still at Knoebels?
Havent heard anything about him in a long time.

You mean your boss doesn't come up to you and say, "Here's a blank check. Take all the time you need to build something nice for yourself."
From the POV, I'll certainly make sure I ride this the next time I'm at the park. However, the date of my next time at the park hasn't inched up due to this coaster, and I don't view it as a notch in my headboard that needs to be made or anything.

Work for Google.
Hobbes: "What's the point of attaching a number to everything you do?"
Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."
There is a very important detail in the latest video. All three completed trains are now on site. There is a yellow train, green train and now a purple train.
I doubt they would of ordered the other two trains if testing wasn't going well.
This was also the first video I have seen where two trains were on the track at the same time (doing block testing).
Big milestones here being recorded. Hopefully testing goes well and opening is not too far off.
I think if it ever opens it's going to be an interesting curiosity / novelty and not much more than that. I dunno, I always assumed I was in the majority on that one. I don't recall anyone thinking this was going to be the raddest thing ever but I suppose those folks could be out there. I'm sure when I visit KG it will mostly be a one and done kind of ride, but I think that says more about Phoenix than it does about the (possible) quality of FT. I just can't see myself getting my knickers in a twist about this ride either way, positive or negative. I mean, it looks fun, right? That's about all I can hope for.

This.
I think the ride will be better than most are giving it credit for. I am sure once you are in that little train flying through those channels it will be more fun than expected.
While I don't expect a top 10 ride or anything, I imagine it will be a blast to ride with friends and family. I am curious what people think once they actually ride it. At this point, I doubt many people have super high expectations so I would think, in theory, the ride would exceed the low expectations now :)
As this is a ride specifically built for charm, I suspect I'll warm to it accordingly.

So wait, judging rides by POV videos is cool now? It's hard to keep track of the rules.
No. I judged it long before the POV.
The POV is just supporting evidence at this point.
Forced to wonder if any of you might feel differently if KG had placed the ride in such a way as to have only one liftfill....the split-lift works on Twister, but does seem to create odd "spacing" on Turns.
Me, I'm in love....
I think that's it - I mean, it's about the same length as some water slides, yet it has 3 lift hills.
It's not "lift hill" that seems less than interesting to me. It's "Flying Turns" that loses me.
Look at me being such a hater. I don't really care either way. It's just something that I don't understand the interest in, so I'm having fun with it.
