CoasterBuzzCon at SFGAm flyer posted!

If Spacely Sprocket Rockets is not crowded , you will most likely be able to ride without a kid. It also depends on the rideop.

OK thats cool. I actually hope to ride without a kid. I dont want a bunch of parents thinking bad things about me :)
How crowded is it likely to be that day? Or the day before?
Well..Chitown..Sprocket Rockets does have a height requierment. I am pretty sure it is Under 54 inches. And if you want to ride it you have to have a kid under that height :)
I guess I should have been more specific. Yes, they do have that rule in place but it gets bent from time to time. :)

I have been on it a few times without a child.

Lumpy, good to know about hotwire. Only way to know what hotel they'll give you before hand is from other user's reports. So thanks. A friend that works for a travel agency can get me a room there for $60, so hotwire is pretty darn good. I've never actually completed a hotwire transaction. No problems?

I guess you figured out that I will be there then. As for Hotwire, I have never dealt with them before. I did like Hotwire over Priceline though....But I still wish some 4 star hotel would have excepted my $25.00 bid..... ;)

Redman, Chris said he wouldn't blab about not getting wet this time.....

How long does it take to get the name tag and stuff in the mail?
I just filled out the forms and placed the check for both events in an envelope to be mailed first thing Monday morning, see ya all at the park.

What are the best night time coasters at SFGAm?

For the SFGAm regulars, how busy should it be on May 16th and 17th?

Would you advise getting Lo-Q there?

Best places to eat in the park? Best places near the park?

If you book through Hotwire, The Hampton Inn in Gurnee is only $55.00 a night. Then if you book directly from there website, they have a special "Hit The Road" rate of $59.00. The Regular rate, I believe is $79.00 a night.
