Funniest part to me is this: gather a bunch of coaster enthusiasts together and what's the conversation about.....FOOD! Not *just* food mind you, but what KIND of food, and how *fast* is it....priceless...:)

Well, ya know that great ticket deal, I had a brain dump and bought tickets for Thurs and Sat by mistake, of course nonrefundable so I lost 15.70 ;) Of course replacement tickets only cost 14.80 for Friday and Sunday. So even with my screw up it still cost less than 31.00 Round Trip.

But Alas no pancakes on Fridays and Sundays trains!!

Buzzers, Just a note to say my son and I attended CBC02 at PKI last year and it was a blast.

Hey Jeff, just wondering if those "other surprises" have been announced yet, or if we'll find out when we get to the park. If you know what they are, don't tell us yet...I'd still rather be surprised.

Also, just wondering, but noticed in a post you mentioned that you would be sending an accomodation brochure and that the nametags would be lanyards. I don't need a brochure, but I'm just wondering if I'm missing out on something. The nametags are also stickers (which I'm sure you're aware of, since you sent them), but I'm assuming that if it falls off, I won't be denied access to dinner since I have my ticket, right?

If you want a lanyard, go to your local office store. You can get everything you need so that your name tag doesn't get wet. I'm finishing up my tag as I type.

Jeff, I have already registered and got my stuff but I was wondering if you will have any on site registration if I bring a few guests with me? I understand if there isn't because its a big hassle but please notify me if there is. Also how do they know who to let in the park for the ERT and who to keep out? Does it go by our name tags? Thanks in advance.

Due to the fact that 2 of the people going with me to CB Con decided to buy a pass after I paid the $60 for the event for each of them I now have 2 tix to get rid of. LOL! So far I got rid of one with one being held pending an answer.

Guess it is good to know that they definitively wont be able to do the ERT or lunch in the picnic grove ahead of time. Sucks to be them but there is nothing I can do about that one.

I am definitely am telling these extra people that they will have to wait until 10 am to get in and wont be able to join us for lunch. Unless anyone tells me otherwise. Not holding my breath or trying to pull a fast one.
