As long as one of those medium coasters makes it to Golden Ticket Awards Top ten. ;)
I'd much rather see the ride in my personal top ten then Golden Ticket's.
I was wondering that if cedair point would build a 500 foot coaster that launches you up the lift hill?
-Brett, who like an idiot keeps coming back to this thread expecting to see something logical ...
You wouldnt have to put anything besides magnetic breaks on the lift hill.
Also you wouldn't have to launch very fast just enough to make it to the top?
Go to this link

watch the video. It shows a rendering of a train being launched up a hill not a tower like ttd or ka.
I think it could work. I don't see why it would be stupid.
Also, isn't the cable lift on millenium force and el toro almost like intamins launch technology ?
I am saying for a 500 foot high lift hill it could be difficult to get that long of a wire or lift chain on a hill like that. If you can get less equipment on that hill then it would be easier. *** Edited 3/25/2006 4:19:01 PM UTC by majortom1981***
California Screaming @ Disney's California Adventure has a lift hill that uses lims instead of a chain mid-way through the ride.
I wouldn't hold one's breath expecting to find on the next new coaster at CP.
My god some of you people here are such size queens! 200 feet isn't enough...300 feet isn't enough...400 feet isn't enough....
ENOUGH ALREADY!
