Best Headchoppers...

I was wondering what all of you guys thought are the best headchoppers???

I think Great White (CCI at Morey's Pier), has some nice ones, also, Mamba looks like it has some great ones, though i've never ridden it.

What headchoppers do you guys like?

You might want to do a search on this one. I remember a thread about this last year, summertime.... My fave is definitely White Cyclone in Japan. Nothing comes closer to decapitation.;)

Mamba has some pretty good headchoppers. The speed helps though.
Viper @ Sfgam.

I have a feeling I will like the headchoppers on The Ozark Wildcat, but I have to agree with matt, Mamba has great headchoppers, at that helix I assume?
I liked the headchopper on Gemini, and definately the ones on Hurricane down at the Myrtle Beach Pavilion.

Arrow Dynamics is awesome. Track Record-56

You beat me to it. After half a dozen rides I still spent half the time ducking. Especially when sitting in a train full of "average sized" Japanese people at 6 feet 2! ;)

The Best head chopper for me would probobly be Mambas, nothing compares to the exit of the helix and that beam coming right at you! Second would be Viper at SFGAm.
Mamba at Worlds of Fun! I've ALMOST gotten used to them! I still love riding it to see people duck and put their hands down. It's hilarious!

Viper at SFGAm or Gemini at CP.

both have amazing headchoppers IMO.

I have to agree with the Mamba comments and the Gemini. I always liked Timber Wolf's criss-crosses through the lift structure. The airtime combined with the already low-looming beams is great. My personal favorite experience of this kind is riding in the last seat on Ghostrider and going down that first drop with the ceiling flying by after it looks like you're going to slam your head into it at the top of the hill. Wow, what a visual.

Sorry, but I just have to say it...MF has a very scary head chopper moment coming out of the second overbanked turn. I always put my hands down and duck for fear my hands are going to smack off of the support. You see it comming way in advance, which helps the effect as well.

And what about Beasts great head choppers? They get me ducking sometimes.

I like the choppers on the Timber Wolf because you're pulling negative g's through them.

The Mamba was the first one I thought of when I read the title.

Scandia Screamer.

Shockwave at PKD got me after the first helix and it looks like your going to smack the brake run.

So I guess, if you want some great headchoppers, go to WoF!
The Beast has some great head choppers. That tunneled helix is just freaky, paticually going into the upper part of the tunnel.

Orient Express even used to have some headchoppers with the trees before they were cut down.

Best head chopper I have ever experienced is the hill that drops just before the I-Beam on GEMINI! Incredible.

Another good chopper is the second hill of the double up on Legend when it drops into the underground tunnel.

Chuck, who reminds people to lower there hands a bit on Beast helix entrance, Its not that big a head chopper but you can and do hit your hands .

Is it about coasters or friends? I say both!
