(the rest of) 2008 Holiday World Announcement...

No way anyone thinks that HW could save the Big Dipper and save the day? No one is going to miss the bumper boats, they got a great water park. Gobbler Getaway is at the Bottom of my Dark ride list, but I did forget about it.

I hope they don't take down the lighthouse, as my wife wants to see it.

So last time I tried "reading between the lines" of Paula's hints, I got burned. But who announces a new tool shed anyways :) It's ok Paula still rocks our socks. On her latest post to HoliBlog, she opens by saying...

"Actually, this isn't the promised announcement. That will come soon. (Promise. Really. No, really.)"

and then closes again with

"That will come soon. (Promise. Really. No, really.)"

She repeated herself which means we're getting two coasters instead of just one!

I wouldn't know, LOL, it was my first visit. I *would* say that it won't be my last, but Silverwood and Lagoon were about as convenient to get to. Look for an epic TR in the next couple weeks... ;)

Now back to your regularly-scheduled discussion of why a KMG Afterburner would go *perfectly* into the spot vacated by the bumper boats... :)

I hope we get:
1 new show,
A Disk-O or Rotation pendulem ride or a Santa Maria/Canoe Swinging Ship
A Giant Wheel

Or a couple kiddie and family rides.

Ohhhhhh.. maybe a Sheltered Tea Cup ride themed to Gravy Bowls! Yum!

Or a bigger Premier Flying Scooter

Or maybe that Carousel we all want so badly

Uh oh. Somehow I'm now thinking the nail he hit was about the park getting its fans excited about anything - including carpenter shops. LOL!!
