Bill - Jeff Mast doesn't have dates yet, but he has thrown out that there is an interest in having one (DUH). I still can't believe you won't come up here for Coaster Christmas on the 3rd at SDC. ;) I mean if Chris Godsey can come to the last one, why can't you come to this one? LOL

Thanks Superman!

I've always wanted to say that line...

Seriously, that was a wonderful explanation.

I take it there aren't dates yet for the ACE event at WOF then. Any idea when the dates will be announced?

Fever I really enjoy the Simpsons. It's just a shame that I am starting to LOOK like Homer.

I would say as soon as it is a definite between the region reps and the park.

You can pencil me in for any ACE events at WoF.

Nope, anyone can attend, ACE members just get a discount.. :)

Sometimes (rarely) a park will *invite* ACE members to do, say, a photo shoot or something...then they'll typically invite only ACE members...but it's all entirely at the park's discretion.

Happy Coasting!

Well "non-ACErs" can go but they must be the "guest" of an ACEr and that ACEr is responsible for keeping that "guest" undercontrol and abiding of the rules.

Other than that ONE time thing at Knott's, I have *never* seen someone misbehave at an event. (And that was truly messed-up, from the parks AND the attendees)....Knott's *learned* from their mistakes though....SFMM, not so much.

Two things....

First, what was the incident at KBF?

Second, is it me, or, does today's archived 'last picture' on the webcam appears to show a construction worker taking a bathroom break on the station?

Tony...anyone can join ACE. I can't remember how much I paid, it's about $50-$60/year for one person, and there is a family discount.

I think the construction worker got lucky where he was aiming...I am guessing he didn't know he had his picture taken.

WHY? I swear every CF:LP new coaster project that is on webcam captures at least one construction worker who is too lazy to walk to the Johnny.

Anyone remember the guy at TTD? That was the funniest one I have seen - especially when they took a print out of the guy and put it up where he urinated on the wall. You know he had to see that.

===

Regarding ACE -- www.ace.org Also for those ACErs out there, don't forget the Coaster Christmas event at SDC coming up December 3rd. Early Registration ends Nov 18th!!!

I thought I have seen a whizzer on another WebCam before.

If he got caught, he would probally be put on leave for a few days, or/and maybe placed on another work site. If he was drunk at the time then he probally would get fired.

Work is now progressing on the zero-G roll. Supports are on the way up as I type. (unfortunately the webcam thinks that you'd be more interested in the construction of the station than seeing more track and supports placed)...

Depends on your definition of "worth it." You also get discounts to Holiday World and PKI. There are events next year at WOF, SDC, VF, CP, PKI, and I'm sure a whole bunch of others parks.

Zero-G roll progress continues as it looks like track is going up very soon if not already!
