I sure as hell got one. I rarely post, they must've combed through quite a bit of posts, or somehow found a member email database.

Another thing I find interesting, I didn't get it right away. I actually got it seconds after I posted in the "Two Face Broked" thread. The time I posted was in that thread was: 5:36:02 PM. Seconds afterward, I recieved the newsletter. Interesting, huh?

It was the first email I got after the Cbuzz newsletter...any chance he sent it to everyone on the cbuzz letter somehow? Seems easier then checking everyone's profile.

I recently switched addresses to escape spam. I've only used the address on this site. The switch was a real pain. The way this guy/these guys went about gathering the e-mail addresses was really slimy. Since they/he/she is a part of the coaster community, and most likely is following this thread, it is important that he/she/they understand how disgusted we are...

Woohoo! I was complain #3 to Escape. They asked me to forward the newsletter to abuse@escape.com

So I urge anyone else who is irritated by this to take 2 minutes and fire off an email to the address above the original newsletter attached. I think TN needs to learn that what they did was not only wrong...but also a violation of their TOS.

I'm under the impression that the response is automated and judging from the wording, the provider is a bit shady. I'd imagine that they care about as musch as the folks who set up the site.
