I rode Manhatten Express once, nothing special asside from the heartline role, but not memorably painful. Hercules (Dorney) was very-very rough, too bad it fit the terrain nicely & haven been on Hydra about 10 times last year I don't think they improved the location as much as they think.
From a painful side, being 6'4" - the Shockwave standup at SFGAdv (since relocated) was very painful in the crotch-upper thigh area, while the same ride at PKD wasn't bad at all.
From a physically hurt - but like the ride anyway, was the first time I rode Batman:TR at GAdv. In one of the tight turns I twisted my neck so bad that I was going to the chiropractor for 2 month and had to end up getting a cortizone shot to loosen it up.

'Good one chief'
'What? What'd I say?'
Yeah, Pharoah's is supposed to be located in Vegas, when in fact, I guess it's really in California.

ANY VEKOMA INVERTED! (I've heard these things Euphamastically Called "Hang and Bang - Credit then Forget it!"
No lie there. My first invert ride ever was on Hangman (now Kong at SFMW). That ride was so rough my ears hurt for days. After the lap, one lady on the unload platform started to freak because she had blood running down both sides of her neck from her earring backs repeatedly stabbing her from all the head banging.
Of you who consider Mean Streak the roughest ride you've ever been on, how many have ridden SOB or Hurler? Or for that matter, any coaster at Carowinds, which, in all due respect, surely has the poorest coaster maintenance of any major park in the country ?
Tom
You have disturbed the forbidden temple, now-you-will-pay!!!
And to trekker i really dont have a very high track record so MS is only the roughest in comparison to the 40 or so coasters i have been on.

Ah, Big Dipper. That was the first coaster I ever rode on. Good times.
