There's a place about 10 feet from the border of PA in WV that sells smokes for about ten bucks less per carton. Depends if you wanna make the trip and how much you smoke, I guess.

A good cigarette road trip, though, would be Canada. Yeah, it's an extra 3 hours, but you can get a bunch duty free and then see the falls as a bonus.

If Knoebel's sold cigarettes, the second hand smoke aroma would be quite pleasant... second hand smoke at Dorney smells like crap, though.
