We also have Looping Starship, but that's not saying much. Since SFoG is my homepark - I'm anxious to hear what we will be getting next year.

I waiting for SFGAm to announce, "DejaVu, new for 2004" Has a coaster name ever been more appropriate?? LOL

I'm pretty much looking forward to any announcement for a park in the midwest for a great coaster, that I can go to next year and ride.

As for SFMM, I have this feeling they will be getting a B&M Flyer. I could be wrong, but it would just make sense in their line-up of coasters. It probably would be a clone of S:UF, but they would theme it to a diferent type of thing since they already have S:TE

Don't think "major coaster." Think extremely tall; a newer version of a non-coaster attraction already within the park (that is long overdue); and a spin. ;)

Someone said "Maybe SFDL will finally get a floorless." I ask, WHY? They are cool rides and all but where they are talking about putting a new coaster is right next to Viper, and they are very similiar. Granted one is a B&M looper and the other is Arrow but putting a B&M floorless there would kill Vipers attendance worse than it is now. I'm hoping for a flier (loved the Vekoma, haven't ridden the B&M) or maybe a (longshot, but heres to hoping) Intamin rocket. Who knows, maybe SF has something really special up their sleeve to make Darien Lake more of a destination.

I'm not really looking forward to anything in particular, but I am curious about SFNO. I hear they are getting a waterpark and maybe something else next year.

It IS as bad as you think, and they ARE out to get you.

I'm looking forward to any announcements from both PKD as well as SFA.
Has anyone noticed the abundance of parks that are expected to announce a new ride for next season? I for one am very excited about next year. It looks to be a big year in the industry.

As far as certain parks go that i am looking forward to the most, SFoG and Carowinds definitely take the cake as they are both near-by.

im excited to hear what SFWOA will get in 04 wether it be the Hypercoaster or a Gyro drop.....just please get something..im tired of riding Xflight....
Does anyone know when Dorney will be making their annoucement? I heard it might be at the end of this month but I'm not sure.

I am hearing rumors that Visionland will be adding a steel coaster of some kind. Does anyone have any knowledge of this? Also it is time for SFOG to get a new coaster.

Well I'm looking forward to all the Cali announcements since Cali is going to be the place to be in 2004. With 6 major parks adding major attractions, 5 in So.Cal alone, What other state can top that hehehe.

SFMM don't want to say anything that might start something:O(

Knotts, Invert

DCA, Tower of Terror

USH, Mummy coaster

PGA, possible Intamin hyper (Jr.)

Sea World Ca, Journey to Atlantis

Then all the other parks elsewhere that has possible announcements, yeah 2004 is look to be a great year.

X...I still can't believe it wasn't a dream

Krypton...

It looks like there are a lot of rides next year because people spread rumors about all the parks getting something new. I bet half of what is listed above, none of those parks get coasters. We aren't living in 1999 or 2000 anymore, unfortunately.

Steve Perry,

No Vland is not getting a new coaster and wtf, was a brand new B&M flyer NOT just added to SFOG last year?! It's about time they get another coaster? What dream world are you living in.

Man, some people can never be happy!

Sadly, I'm not looking forward to PKD's announcement, seeing as I already know what it is. They wouldn't add a big expected ride a year before their 25th anniversary.

If SFA or BGW gets something new, then that will be just fine.
