What 04 annoucement are you looking foward to.

StarCoaster, you say it's not a Hyper for Carowinds, do you know if it's a coaster at all??????

I am just hoping that Dorney is planing something good for their 120th year aniversery. I also want to see what HP announces, and if SFGAdv is getting anything.

Well, for some odd reason I think Cedar Point has something up their sleeves for 2004. I believe it definately will not be a major attraction, but I'm thinking waterpark expansion or flat ride. I think they said they already had plans for expansion of Lighthouse Point? Correct me if I'm wrong.

NO way. My prediction is you'll see a few park "facelifts" and that's it.

I'm looking forward to Hershey's announcement, and seeing the completion of Thunderhead (the more I hear and see that name the more I really like it for a rollercoaster). Way to go, Dolly. I'm sooooo there.....

I'm looking foward to the Silverwood announcement, hope everything goes through. Since I'm already aware of what Hershey, Knott's and SFMM will be announcing soon, I'm more curious as to what BGW and SFWOA have in store for next year. Hershey's is mildly exciting, SFMM is doing something no one will be expecting, and Knott's will shake up the west once again.

Im looking forward to Great Adventures announcement, because what they build next year will really affect how much I go. It should also be interesting to see if Dorney has anything up their sleeve.

I'm looking for PKI's announcement. I'm really hoping for a hyper steel coaster and don't care if it breaks records or not, just as long as it's a new steel hyper.

Well, since SFA is my homepark, I am looking forward to whatever they announce. HP is also close by and it looks like I will be getting that season pass again next year.

But the one park that's not close to home that I am looking forward to is The Great Escape. I am curious to see what (if anything) they have planned for their 50th anniversary.

PKI I think has a lot of momemtum building especially after the theming and the rides they have put in the last two years...Now with all the rumors going on for them, I'm REALLY looking foward to seeing what they are going to do!

I'm also looking foward to SFWoA's annoucement...but knowing any SF park that probably won't be until January ;)

CP is more than likely expanding lighthouse point, but I also just want some flat rides PLEASE!! They need something new back around Mean Streak...a western themed carnival ride or something.

LeSourdsville Lake...just hope they announce they are going to open!

I would love also to see Wyandot Lake just get a small coaster...like a bommerrang or corkscrew...granted the new bumber cars are very exciting :) this park needs to build something it's been quite a while. I think Shark Attack was the last thing they built.

As for other park. I would like to see SFDL get something new. And MiA I would love to see them get their LONG put off hyper plans be put into effect.

Im looking forward to GADV's because they should get one because it is their anniversary. But im not sure what type since they have a lot of different types of rollercoasters.
i know they wont get a standup because they are not popular.... and they wont get a bommerang cuz they already have chiller. So im hoping for a woodie... but do they have space on the other side of the park because anywhere else would be too close th RT

OOO, so many this year. Hershey Park, BGW, Dollywood, PKI/PKD/Carowinds/why not throw in PGA as well.

I'm anxious for a PKI announcement.

Waiting to hear what SFGAm will get. I really hope it will be a few new flats.

As for SFMM, I have this feeling they will be getting a B&M Flyer. I could be wrong, but it would just make sense in their line-up of coasters. It probably would be a clone of S:UF, but they would theme it to a diferent type of thing since they already have S:TE

Like many here I am very excited about what PKI will put in. They are in need of a good steel. Nothing record breaking is needed, just a good ride with a nice drop and speed.

If I remember right they announced SOB near the middle of the season. Any one have any clue when it might happen. Shaggy?
