Six Flags St. Louis-anything?

Thanks for that insightful first post.
Thanks for wasting the 100th post on such a significant thread to say that! >=^|

Now when is SFStL going to give me my mirrored clone of SROS SFNE??

+Danny ;)

From the sounds of it, sooner then we may have previously thought.

Well, we hope if they do change trains on Boss( I don't personally think it will happen) They DON'T put PTC's on. Those trains with seat dividers and crappy single sided restraints suck for wide hipped peeps. Not fat, all of mine is in the front, thank you very little ;) , but wide hips is my problem. Please no PTC's. For those of you who whine about G trains, may I suggest learning how to ride them :). I haven't had a "Boss bruise" in 2 years since I figured out how to ride it!

As far as a new coaster is concerned, make sure you exhale when you get light headed! :) (God, please let me be wrong!!!!)

Just a couple of G-Force junkies!

I am not usually one to be concerned about the coaster count in a park because I look at the overall package that a park has to offer.

But,,,,,

SFSTl really needs a high profile coaster addition of some kind. They have 7 coasters which to me seems kind of low for a park that markets a city and surrounding towns with decent population.

Doesn't have to be hyper or anything like that, but a coaster that the locals will take notice.l

I enjoyed Boss, Screamin Eagle, and especially Mr. Freeze but the rest (yes even their version of Batman) left me wanting more.

They do have a kickass Scooby ride which blows away PKI's by a longshot.

Hopefully a new coaster is on the horizon for next season or 2006. *** Edited 10/21/2004 3:38:18 AM UTC by Chitown***

My favorite MJ tune: "Billie Jean" which I have been listening to alot now. RIP MJ.

or the next next season... or the next next next season. ;-)

Side Note: If there was a basketball team, made up of amusement parks, SFStL would/should be the most improved player. It isn't bad enough to not make the team, but could really shine with a little improvement. (That sounds like those MTV commercials. "If MTV was an amusement park, it would be the best amusement park in the world. It would have one zillion rides... yada yada")

In regards to trains... I say bring in the PTC's. My long legs just don't get along with G's.

While we are making analogies, PTCs are to Mercedes as Gerstlauers are to Toyotas. In conclusion, you can get good milage out of the Toyota, but your ride seriously needs to be pimped.

(In all honesty, I would really like to see some of the new Intamin wood coaster trains on The Boss. That would be sweet!)

Just to tell you guys sfsl isn't getting new PTC trains unfortunately. That Ozzcatter kid makes up EVERYTHING he says. He told me one time we are getting a hyper around 260ft next year, and he said he found that out from the General Manager of the park. I also heard from Rctyrant that Ozzcatter told him that he spotted red track in the woods by SE, and Rctyrant never saw it.

For what it is worth, Cal (Ozzcatter) loves making things up. He has done it for at least a year and a half at worldsoffun.org Believe him about as far as you can throw him.

Also those who rode during preview will tell you that you don't want PTCs on Boss. Remember that they had the Eagle's trains on it for the preview day.

Why was it so bad Swoosh?
I'm not Swoosh, but I sported a *major* bruise on my side, due to the nasty PTC seat divider. I've ridden some rough and tumble coasters in my day, but Screamin' Eagle PTC trains on the Boss gave me the largest bruise of my coaster riding career. Ouch!

Well the rumor at sfkk is they are getting a Batman Night Flight!!!
I've never talked to that kid so dont believe him, he's lying. He just wants to make me look bad but it wont work.

its in the woods.........
Why would I want to help you look bad Cal? Aren't you doing a good enough job by yourself?

As for the PTC trains, think about how the G trains are then magnify the bruising by about 10 and that's what you'll get from the PTC on the Boss. It's just a bad layout and really nothing will fix that.

There is a way to fix it, the layout is fine, just put on Intamin trains or Mill Flyers. BTW, Hollon, I'm not bad on here.

its in the woods.........
You don't know what your saying Ozzcatter. I've talked to you before. Remember my sn is futurecadet77, and now your lying about this. That is truly pathetic man!

Poser. Now he's putting his name in his closeout like me. Back on topic though, the Mill Flyers IMHO would be the best for them. I love them on OzCat and it would rock on Boss.

its in the woods.........
Freakin' kids.

OMG I have a new sig!!!
I really dont think they would put GCI trains on a CCI coaster, but who knows (and honestly who cares). Not to mention that the entire station would have to be re-done to accomodate for different spacing between the rows.

River King Mine Train Op 2004
Mr. Freeze Op 2005

GCI has already stated they only put MilF trains on GCI coasters.

OMG I have a new sig!!!
