Six Flags New Stuff

^I'm for SF in adding rides every 5 years like SFA is doing. However, the problem with SFA is the fact that a)the company doesn't like your park, and b) it's low-staffed / bad mechanical incline to begin with. Yes, you or someone else has told me about the new human resource thing, but that's just pathetic. They don't have that many rides, and they can't all be working.

I think that SF is putting too many rides in at these parks in too little time. Why in the heck do you think these companies are in debt all the time? Part of the reason is because they give a park a roller coaster every other year, or even every third year.

If they can't get more staff at SFA, than they should close it down. If they can do that right, than they can build that park up.

The company should only give the parks that are doing really good in attendance a huge ride in 5-6 years. For a smaller place like SFA, or SFStL, they should be trying to build those parks up so they are getting 2.5 million a year. I say get rid of SFKK completely along with The Great Escape. I say work on SFA with adding rides after they fix the staffing issues.

Fiesta Texas, and Discovery Kingdom needs some new additions, and they are working on that even though I don't think Tony Hawks are going to really help the park out. The Batman The Ride relocation is a good job done by Six Flags. I think American Adventures should be torn down.

I think that was a terrible decision to add that roller coaster to SFStL. Why do they need another wooden roller coaster? The Boss is horrible, and Screamin' Eagle is great. Wooden coasters aren't as popular as steel coasters. I don't get why they choose yet another wood one. Ninja is pile of garbage.

I also don't understand why they got rid of a kids section if there is so much room in that park that they could expand without taking anything out. They can make the park bigger than it is now. That park is pretty small, and making it bigger helps make more attendance. That park needs a bobsled coaster. It's a family coaster, but it's also for other people. A Intamin Mega Coaster would be good too that's just like Superman. Another ride could be an indoor Premier like Runaway Mountain.

Euro-Fighters would have been a great addition to some of these parks without going into the theming like Dollywood. That ride was expensive as heck, but the other versions are quite cheap. Forget all the theming because you are paying so much money for it. They should get rid of Six Flags Mexico. It's just too cheap to get in over there. They can't be making that much money. They aren't even open the entire day. They close early.

BatwingFan... That is the point I'm trying to make. You need to look at the big picture. Rides have been added. Just because it is not something YOU are choosing not to ride doesn't mean SF isn't investing in the park. They dumped $5 mil into the park this season. If they were to decide to dump another $10 mil into fixing the park next season, I would be all for it.

Spinout, I have heard the opposite about what SF thinks about SFA. I would like to hear where you have heard that. I don't think any park should go 5 years without a new attraction. They don't need to be $15 mil attractions. From what I understand there are some nice rides that could really add to the park for less than $1 mil.

A day at the park is what you make it!

There you go... the first Mack coaster is already being installed at SF.
Mack is really a great businessman :P

Lol. I can just imagine the boardroom now.

Exec 1: Well, we've been looking at the demographics, and the survey results and market research, and we were thinking of a major coaster addition to Six Flags America in the area of the park pictured

Exec 2: NOPE WE DON'T LIKE THE PARK YOU NO GET.

The Dark Knight coasters are now back on the SF main pages for the parks.

LOL!

More like:

Exec1: So that wraps up our 2008 capital expenditure plans. Any questions?

SFA GM: What about us?

Exec1: No. Moving on.

They put the Dark Knight back up on the website. Look at the coaster in the picture. To me, it doesn't look like a mouse coaster. That picture looks like Pegasus. Do they have the wrong picture, or the wrong statistics?
^ Wrong picture.

They are listed on RCDB as Mack Mice, so, there you have it....

And why do people keep saying, "well we should just tear this park down, and this one too..." just for the reason that they are smaller than other parks? In that case, I guess we should demolish every park on Earth except Walt Disney World, because I believe it is larger than any other park... am I correct?
