Germany is working on a plan to restart their economy after Covid. Phased in re-start, mandatory face masks in public (buses and trains, factories and public buildings), limits on public gatherings and rapid contact tracing. Want to be able to trace at least 80% of contacts of any infected person within 24 hours. Infected people and anyone coming in contact with them quarantined either at home or hotels. Goal to get R0 down to less than 1.

Shops would reopen. Schools in certain regions would as well. Strict social distancing measures would still remain in place. Strict border controls would be relaxed, Large events and private parties would not be permitted. Seems unlikely Europa opens.

Stay at home/social distancing order in place right now until at least April 19th. No time set for when they would be relaxed. Expectation is that pandemic will last until 2021.
