SF St. Louis - Anything going on??

Does anyone have an answer to my question?

Old arrows might be rough, but they are the most gorgous rides to date.

First off I would like to say that I got to ride this lovely machine :-p. And not only did I get to ride it but I got two general admission tickets for jsut rideing it once. I think the locals will love this. Its beutifully themed and runs great. Later tonight when I can get my pictures up loaded, I will share them with you all. I know you have seen the above pictures but theres some pictures showing other stuff to.

To be honest SFSL_Guy just call the park and ask.. Call the season pass hot line or call 938-5300 and ask the operator for Guest relations.

Also beware of the cats and skunks on Saturday. And Swoosh do you work at the park? And if I cant get my pictures up would you host?

"Would you like a sports bottle with that? Its only an extra 2.35$ and your soul. For the extra cost you will receive the privilege to fill your cup with soda for only an additional $3.00. And if you act right now we'll throw in a straw (may be broken) an

Thanks!

To answer your question, it varies which way it goes. But from what you have seen, that is all it does, nothing more. Whatever you heard was purely rumors, that might have been what it did up in New Jersey, but they changed alot and this is what it does here.
tommrow morning I will be able to post the link for the pictures. Its a little rough since I used yahoo but it works. I would post it tonight but I have gone to it to many times thus causeing me not to be able to access it. Also I know the rides not Vekoma but yet the park says it is. Did Vekoma over haul it?

Not sure where the Vekoma, i havn't heard who did what to it, but the ride itself is a Nauta-bussink Evolution. as every one knows the Evolution from Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey
I was there today and it was going and it looked so great! So colorful too! In the parking lot they had a cherry picker up with two men a large camera. So today they were obviously getting video tape footage of it.

If practice makes perfect but noone is perfect, then why practice.

Hey, thanks for the pics, bossstl, but I could only see the pictures on the first page. The other page(s) went to the "refresh" screen. But maybe it's just my comp or something...

I went to the park today for the season pass processing day and there was noone in the park. I could only stay for two hours, due to prom, but it was still a good trip. First off I would like to thank SFSTL for finally doing some retrackign on the Boss and SE. SE and Boss are now not to rough. SE is a whole new ride. On SE they basiclly jsut retracked the first hill and part of the second. This made for a huge diffrence in the ride. The bottom of the hill was like sliding on ice. I was able to ride it 10 times and 5 of those were in the back with little to no disconfurt.

Also as far as Boss goes the first vally is still a little rough, but the rest is not to bad, and the helix is just beutiful and fast now since they retracked the out side of the helix. Also it appears there have been footers poured after the second hill, it appears they are going to put some braceing in.

The park still was a little rough around the edges, it didnt seem like everything was finished and ready to go. Freeze was closed but as I left they kept fireing it, so that it wouldnt go through the top hat. My guess is that they were training, because it worked fine about a week ago.

Also the new ride was not open, as it wasnt expected to. They did how ever have a maintence guy runing it to show it off to the season pass holders.

Also something big to note, in the back grave yard there is a lot of clearing going on, My guess is that there is a 2004 or 2005 project planned for the park. We need to watch the grave yard and see if they start moving stuff (ie Storage cantainer, old ride parts) from the grave yard to the back grave yard. IF they do this that means as you all know that they are probly planing on installing something. Or at the very least connecting Gothem city with Tidel wave. Can anyone say Superman?.

Well it was a good trip, and a little birdie told me something big was coming but not till 2005. Please take that with a grain of salt, because even though hes never been wrong before, that clearing states other wise.

*Sorry aobut the errors, I had to type this fast.

I have no idea of the validity of this, but it has been going around that the "Show-Me-State" will have two new coasters next year - and more than likely these will be from the same firm....again to be taken as a grain of salt (for now).

Well my guess is WoF and SDC will get it. I say that because if the interchange construction at SF, is not done on time Eureka wont let a ride in. And besides SFSTL is the basterd child of SF (well including SFAW, SFEG, and the non flagged parks.). Well then again they were so grasious in giving us a ride that a pervious park no longer wanted anything to do with.

Well a Little Birdy Told me that we can Expect an Intamin Launched coaster for Celebration City. A new type of Sally DarkRide that is part roller coaster Part DarkRide for Silver Dollar City. And I pray this is true some new Wood at World's Of Fun! And Also that in either 2004 or 2005 we will see either some Flying clone from B&M or a little sumthin from Intamin at SF. St.Louis!!!

But the most likely thing I have heard was that we might just be getting a recently removed ride from SFGAM. Yes Shockwave! Which would explain the recent cleaning up at the park. O Six Flags Inc. Why do you hate us in Eureka!? Although actually I would love to have it there personally!

But Remember a little bird told me this stuff and little birds have been known to LIE! Except for the DarkRide at SDC which is like 99.9% confirmed!

THE SCARIEST PART OF THE RIDE IS THE LIFT HILL!

Well all I can say about "Ice House" is that well.... never mind.

As for the coasters, Celebration City isn't too get anything next year (from what has been said). SO, that should narrow down which two parks will be getting coasters. (Wildfire, it sounds like it won't be wood)

I'm going to SFSL this summer for a vacation. I live in good ole Virginia, and Im really looking forward to going to a Six Flags park, never been to one before! The nearest is SF America in D.C.
I would expect the park to get something big for 2004, maybe not a coaster (we could use a drop ride). Then the park will probably get nothing much in 2005 and then for our 35th anniversary in 2006 get something big again. We will have to wait awhile to see what may happen next year.
I'm most likely going to tomorrow but does anyone know if Mr. Freeze is for sure running?
