SF St. Louis - Anything going on??

Then what were those "car looking" things I saw to the left. They definitley looked like the cars for it, or at least the cars of some kind of carnival ride.

I'm a little confused on where this new ride is going in the park...I agree with swoosh to.lets all tie chris down and torture him to tell us whats going on.lol

I am sorta glad to hear it is not a Zipper, I am hoping for something more than a carni ride. I got my fingers crossed for a Drop Tower honestly.

Hey here's an idea. Could those be drop cars for Skyscreamer? They sort of look like Zipper cars from a distance.

OK, so if *Moosh and Godsey* won't come along with any DECENT clues, can we at least see a pic of the new supports. Guessing is MORE than half the fun, and WAY better than actually knowing - unless you're allowed to spill the beans.

I'm gonna get my first trip *into* St. Louis this year, and would love to get on something GREAT there - in addition to Boss and Freeze that is...shame they dismantled RailBlazer, an Arrow stand-up would be awesome...(provided, of course, there were no inversions)...;)

Yep...at least we can say this wont be no..Scooby Doo family project..definetly some type of wild thrill ride.I like what the park is doing..flat last year and another this year.Just need another big attraction next year to get us at stl close to or over the hump.

Guys, I wasn't telling you any bull about the Zipper. I talked to a security guard who is still out there. I happened to be at Motomart across the street when he pulled up in a security truck. I went up to him and straight up asked him what it was and where it was going. He said that it was a Zipper aand was going to go where the Great Escape WAS.

Maybe "Zipper" was just his generic term for "some ride that is not a coaster". Not everyone knows the proper name of every flat ride...

He's not that bright. I'm sure he was told by someone in the know.

Security guards don't always know what is going on. The ones at KI are pretty stupid.

let me be the first to step off the subject a quick moment and wish the coaster buzz peeps a happy new year....may there be coaster rides galore...I hope it isnt a zipper,,those are scary and I dont trust them.but maybe it is a newer and bigger brand.

When are we going to see those pictures someone took?

I won't be able to get any pictures, but I should be able to shed some light on the situation after the rehire party tomorrow.

me and a buddy of mine might take a drive out over weekend.....I'll try to get a good look at these supports and cars.If anyone can get photo's..when they start erecting this thing that would be cool

Purportless prattle here people...the supports are further up the thread at least twice and the rehire party is tomorrow, so driving up there will not aid you in the cognizance of what is going on for next year. Yet again we play a waiting game...
