Roller Coaster Tycoon 2, the sequel to one of the biggest selling PC games ever, has started to appear on store shelves in the Greater Cleveland area a week before its scheduled release. Target stores appear to have a few copies, and EB stores say they expect it this week.
You can order Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 from Amazon.

Have you ever been to SFGAm and seen Deja Vu closed? If you have then go again and it WILL BE DEJA VU!
Sorry I couldn't hear you, The voices in my head are drowning you out.
RCT2 is still on the shelf at Target here in Louisville. Just picked up a copy at the Dixie Highway store. Still several left...
I live in Houston. The Walmart on 290, just before the beltway has a ton of RCT2. Its on the bottom shelf kinda hidden just look for it, there are plenty. What was funny is that when i went to go by it, it would not ring up. The clerk got frustrated with it and rang it up as a prescription drug!
Too funny, and so true!
I needed a friday night fix and got it. The game is really cool looking, TONS of new stuff , and the thing that I loved the most, if anyone remembers the old "big bend" at SFOT, well it has one. Real Cool.
Good luck to all on your Search!
One question - What do people mean by the block system? I know what it is in real life, but is it required to use this in RCT, and if so is it fairly easy to do?
Also - are the scenario and track editors in the game or outside of the game in a different program?

Hey guys....it been found in Toledo! The Kmart on Reynolds Rd/Southwick has 6 copies on the shelf. I used the check out yourself thingy and didn't have the 99 years old age problem.
Also, the Target in Spring Meadows has a tag on the shelf but no copies out.

Could someone who's got the game stick some screenshots up of the B&M flyer in particular?
Is 30 the maximum number of boats you can have on the log flume and can you build steep drops yet??
It's scary how close I came to driving over to Houston to buy this game. That would be a nearly 7 hour round-trip. I'd be too tired to play it when I got home! I guess I'll have to wait. The people who run the stores in Austin are either too competent or too honest or both. How annoying ;-)
I bought a copy of RCT2 last nite at MicroCenter, on Bethel Road (Columbus, OH) - $29.99 - They had tons of them and no one questioned me about it when I bought it. =)
I used to live in Columbus right next to MicroCenter. Figures I'd have to move to one of the FEW areas of the country where this game doesn't seem to be available at all, anywhere, not even an empty spot for it, no signs that it's even coming... (sigh).
Two more days... it's like torture reading everyone else picking it up at places I know well and used to live near!
EB in Greenwood, Indiana (just south of Indy) has Rollercoaster Tycoon 2! I haven't slept in days!!!!

Sorry about the nagging :)
