Arrow no longer exists therefore no X2s will ever exist in the future. You'll have to live with B&M's half-assed try at a 4th dimension coaster lol.

A 4D coaster just opened in China last year.

I find it very amusing to think of Cedar Fair ever going with a 4th dimension coaster. I really don't think it will happen.

I won't make it out to KI this year, but definitely hope to next year, so a new coaster would be great! I too love the idea of a new, record breaking B&M Invert, as it's been a long time since we've seen any new ones, but they always bring a great riding experience! And if I were a betting man - which I'm not, to be clear - I too think Banshee is very likely the name. Now, this is just my perception, but it seems to me that while Leviathan makes sense for a B&M Hyper name, given that Banshee's are typically depicted as being airborne, it seems like an Invert makes more sense than a Giga for this coaster, if indeed it is named Banshee. Could be wrong, but that just seems to "fit" better to me.

Also, I haven't seen this mentioned earlier in this thread (though it's possible I missed it), but what are the chances that if it IS an Invert, that Flight Deck will be removed after this season? Given that they are "similar" ride types, in basically the same area, not to mention the Arrow Suspended coasters are getting older, and some parks are now removing them, the thought occurred to me. I undertand that the two rides are vying for a completely different ridership, as the Suspended coasters make for great low-intensity rides for younger and or tamer riders. I was just wondering if anybody else thought this was a possibility, "if" it was an Invert.

I'll be happy with either an Invert, or Giga (B&M or Intamin), or frankly, just about any new coaster really!

The B&M Wingrider (have yet to ride one, BAD enthusiast) - the seats don't seem to have the "rattle/shake" of X/X2. Some friends riding on media day did mention that the outside seats were more *bouncy*, but it didn't SOUND like it was the issue it was for me at SFMM. Just have to wonder, WHEN the 4D B&M ride comes out, how much improved it will be over the Arrow/S&S ride(s)....

Arrow was purchased by S&S. If you have the money, I'm sure they'll build you one.

I think many of X2's problems were solved with the new trains it got a few years ago. It's been about two years since my last visit, but X2 appeared to be running great.

I have no connections with KI anymore although I know a few people, I don't bug them much. As for KI I've been in the park about a total of 12 hours since CF took over on four different visits. And the rest of the CF Parks I've visited 0 and have no interest doing so. Oh I may go again someday when the next big thrill comes, IDK although Im not pleased with Operations/Value and number of attractions *KI ESPECIALLY* I wouldn't say its a grudge on CF, Just LACK OF INTEREST. As I've said many times, I have much more fun, get more rides and feel much less taken at almost any smaller park or chain.

Chuck, who says the upper six and seven figure salaries of The Bigger Parks managements suck much of the enjoyment out of them for me. Oh a ride or even several rides may be thrilling and fun but overall feeling of the day is what my determining factor of visiting is.

If it's a B&M invert, it better be 200', which I'm sure it won't be since there isn't one that exists.

200' what? Just because something is bigger doesn't make it the best or sometimes even close to the best IMHO, Example. Alpengeist. Its a ok coaster but the more compact quick action Inverts do a lot more for me.

With the Hillside and valley theres no need for that much height to achieve a thrilling coaster.

I wouldn't say I go looking to have a unpleasant experience, But several in a row with any chain can give you the impression of what to expect. I was much like this with Six Flags 1996-2007 and then had four in a row very nice days at their parks and found the value I was looking for or it was made more available than in the past. SF Ride operations also improved a hundred percent from those early experiences too.

Oh, just to clarify, Charles, that comment was entirely in response to SheiKraFiend. I'm with you on the "bigger isn't always better" sense.
