Intamin & CP

First off this isn't a criminal court or civil court but I'm glad someone is using examples here, because from my experience the courts make it so you have to prove yourself innocent, Guilty until proven innocent and still your guilty, what a great country this is!

But I believe this thread is about a possible contract between Intamin and CP, which is more of a debate than a criminal trial. In a debate to prove your position you need proof, not hersey, not I believe, or anything else you need factual evidence, just because Cedar Fair had a few projects going on at the same time with the same company isn't proof they had a multicoaster contract, I'm not saying they did and I'm not saying they didn't, all I am saying is that none of you have put forth any valid proof/ evidence there is or ever was a contract of that type, and before this can even become a valid debate you need to have a valid argument which there isn't here. I mean from a spectators point it seems like very good possibility because when you go to McDonald's you get a better deal with a value meal than buying each iten seperate but we're not talking burgers and fries, we're talking larger buisness, multi-million dollor coasters. I doubt that CP is going to wrap up that kind of money to one company under a single contract, unless the contract had many strings attactched.

But then again IOA seems to be reading the contract as we speak maybe he could email me a copy or scan it so it can be posted on CB.

I'm having so much fun reading all of the uninformed opinion here that I'm not about to enter into the main argument.]

However, I can clarify one point. Intamin's office in Glen Burnie is about a 30' wide unit in an air port industrial park. It is not suitable for any fabrication to speak of. It is conveinient to the airport and the port of Baltimore for dealing with receiving shipments for overseas. It is also suitable for offices and stocking spare parts. None of my contacts in local industry has indicated that they have been approached by Intamin for any fabrication work.
