otherwise, thats not cost effective
Year One :
1.I would start by selling the psyclone to another park or if that does not succeed tear it down, that ride has always been a thorn in the back of SFMM's wonderful ride collection.
2. Start Racing Colossus, later renovations will be done later...backwards is a treat for halloween only, it makes it more fun only once a year.
3. Really try and improve the condition of some of the older rides such as the tram ride from the revolution to samurai summit (I forget the name) and the Log Jammer type ride.
4. Put more grass in whereever they can. I think that SFMM would look beautiful with more green grass and trees!
Year 2:
1. Give the Revolution a new paintjob and replace older trains with new trains similar to the new ones installed on the Outer Limits. That change has done wonders.
2. Re-theme Revolution and get rid of Fencing and ugly misallanious stuff around it.
3. Re-do Revolution Station and get new computers for station, just thought that would be a good edition since those comps are pretty old!
4. Give Goldrusher a new paint job. Changing ride would be like hurting a historic monument in SFMM history. (if that made sense you get my drift).
5. Construct a hammerhead type flat ride from setpoint is it??
Year 3:
1. Start building that new CCI in Psyclones place. 100 ft. high and a similar design to the psyclone would be great. The layout for psyclone is great, its the type of ride it gives which is bad.
2. Add a chaos type ride (you hit it on the head Jankman!)
3. This may be a long shot but I think it would be awesome to ask arrow to in some way invent a pneumatic wheel type looping coaster train. If they could then I would seriously think about adding that to viper. But, since that is highly inpractical I would just order new trains with a new special polyurethane designed wheel which lessons the friction so that the heat does not cause Viper to be so "rough". (since Viper does seem to get worse a s the day goes along, I thought it must be heat to some extent.)
4. Re-theme Samurai Summit Area, it is a bit cheesey...
Year 4:
1. Open CCI woodie in Psyclone's place and name it the "Mindbender". Six Flags owns the rights to that name (mindbender-Anton Schwarpskopf) and it would entice the public I believe.
2. Add a 3 Tower S&S Turbo Drop ride thats 250ft. tall that is located in center of the Riddler's Plaza (right outside the Riddlers entrance) and call it "Superhero Towers" You would have the Batman tower, the Superman tower and the Robin tower.
3. Close Colossus and take one year to get rid of some brakes and recreate the double dip. Try to get somewhat close to the Colossus of old (1979) and restore power to the airtime machine!
4. Give Colossus new trains and a new paintjob and new tracking. Make Colossus one of the best again!
Year 5:
1. Replace computers on Colossus so that the racing is accurate like on Gwazi at Buch Gardens Tampa.
2. Go back to Superman : The Escape and do something to make it go 98 MPH again! Re-do timings. I do not think adding new magnets would be cost effective (and magnets do not lose charge for thousands of years)
3. Make Ninja 10 MPH faster by either making it taller or by adding a little boost somehow. Either that or make it longer!!!
4. Call up those genious' from B&M and try to get a Flyer (if it has been proven well made) Construct it on the mountain side facing Deja Vu but have the entrance on baja ridge. Call it the Mountain Pass or something like that.
Year 6:
1. Start considering helping the food situation at SFMM.
a. Add better sit down places
b. Add some name places (taco bell, carls jr., in and out burger)
2. Add an interactive center (ex. build your own coaster, history of coasters, history of SFMM)
3. Give Batman: The Ride and Riddler's Revenge new paintjobs and replace trains on both.
4. Work on theming around Baja Ridge (add cactus' and palm trees)
Year 7:
1. Add more good flat rides from setpoint and maybe some nostalgia rides like the tumble bug.
2. Viper is getting old, its 2009 ond its 19 years old...
SELL IT!! and add an intamin sit down looper with almost similar design for nostalgia, call it Viper 2 (LOL)
3. Add a monorail system like the one at Disneyland and since the park is so expansive, create a hotel called the Rollercoaster Hotel!
4. In the future I see a second generation floorless..but even further it is hard to see with new companies and such, new rides...anything is possible!

The 'Real' Mindbender will always be at SFOG.
Well, for starters, Going with a domestic firm such as Arrow would be more cost effective, so therefore, i would be able to get more ride for the money since they are significantly cheaper. Plus, I like Arrow a lot. Did I mention that waiting for parts would be half the time with a domestic company as opposed to a Swiss one?
Hows that for thinking? :)
I would also save Drachan Fire from the melting pot...if I had a chance to

yup, wimps. If it wasn't for the wooden coaster you would have no coasters today.

Its worth it, in what was it 6 or 7 years there will be something better then arrow and probably something better then intamin. But arrows are old, rough and they would not bring in the costumers that an intamin would, and intamins are more aesthetically pleasing (imo). So an intamin would cost more, but it would bring in more visitors...

No fair comparing an old Arrow against a new Intamin.
You can compare Batman: The Escape and one of those Arrow 1988-90 megaloopers. They're both "old" and "rough!" But compare Tennessee Tornado to a B&M looper, they're very comparative--TT is very smooth, intense, and fun--just like most B&M's.
