How about a ride like "Timber Tower" at Dollywood only call this one "Turkey Tower" in which you have big oversize turkey basters surrounding the tower shooting water up at your face.

I don't know if this is a clue but a tall coaster designer from Gravity Group visited the park today according the blog.

I have not been able to follow this as much as I'd like to so my initial take having not analyzed this situation as others have nor have I seen all of the clues others have, seems like the key words are "tall" and "drop" relating to this ride. Maybe they'd build an S&S Tower, but like a 150-170 foot version. They do have the smaller Liberty Launch though so I may be completely off there. I would 100% believe it's not a wooden coaster despite the GG reference. Didn't GG develop some type of wild mouse style compact woodie? In that case, I guess it could be possible. But I felt they'd get an Intamin Rocket coaster next, also hearing Will Koch talk about his favorite coasters being of the launched variety or at least he said he loves those kinds of coasters. They could build a reasonable size rocket coaster like Stormrunner with a large vertical drop in the 150-180 foot range and on a relatively small footprint, can't they?

^I'd love to see something along the lines of Kanonen or even WBMW's Superman Escape (both in the $7-$9 million price range) built in the Thanksgiving section!

Intamin's have a reputation for extensive downtime though, and I'm not sure Holiday World would want to deal with that...

Both coasters opened in 2005, the cost of steel has more than doubled since then and neither of these coasters could be built at anything close to their original cost.

Just an FYI...Gravity Group has had non-coaster projects too.

I happened to be at the park yesterday and Korey definitely seemed to be there in "non-business" mode. He had his family with him and was totally doing the GP thing. While I was eating lunch at Kringle's Cafe with my family, he and Paula came in and chatted for a bit. Then a few maintanence men came in and talked to him. After that he was off with his family. The only way I figured out who he was is because he was carrying a backpack that had "Kiepert" (his last name) on it. It took me about a half hour to connect the dots, but I finally remembered that he was with GG. Later in the day I took a lap on the Voyage and he was riding on my train...in the back seat naturally!

And the guy is tall. I'm 5'10 and am barely over the Holidog logo on the statue's stomach! Korey looks to be up to his cape!

Perilous Plunge holds the worlds record for tallest shoot-the-chutes (121' lift, 115' drop). It is also the steepest at 77*. While I can see Holiday World besting both of the height records I actually hope they don't go for the steepest record as well.

How about a 226' watertower? Or water ride? I do give in that it will be a water based ride. I just like 226' as it would tower over everything there...

Why in the world would they build a THIRD water tower?
