I deleted my previous post in which I wasn't sure if the CP videos were actually on DVD. I just did a google search and the cached pages show the CP videos on DVD and VHS, even though his current flyer states VHS only.

Did CP actually produce "A Summertime Tradition" or was that done by a local PBS company? Is it possible he got permission from PBS?

Of course it still doesn't explain why the whole website disappeared.

I'm pretty sure it was in-house. I recall no PBS involvement, unlike the Kennywood videos, etc.

A Summertime Tradition on Lake Erie is Cedar Point's video. The PBS video is Cedar Point Memories.

what a bunch of freekin witch hunters. im believe joe and homey g. go to the source and get your facts strait before acussing some body. and to that pee-body guy i have no idea what photo was yours, but i can tell you that i didnt buy the dvds for the photos on the cover i bought them for the videos on the dvd. if hcp wrote a photo book and used your photos without permission thats one thing or if you had made coaster videos and somehow they put them on the dvd and sold them without permission that would be bad too. i didnt actually think any of the photos on any of the covers were all that great to begin with. be flattered that your photos got used on some cool coaster video covers. im pretty sure in the credits they credit all the parks for the footage. doesnt seem like anything that bad going on. and so what if they are home made dvds. big freekin deal. they are still good and still worth the money. robs dvd are homemade too. and if some of you dont like them did you return them? if i pay for something i dont like, i take it back. i did this on amazon last week with a skateboarding book. if you didnt like the dvds and you kept them youre stupid.

people complain too much.

sorry if someone already mentioned this but on the Cedar Piont videos they all say rights reserved to Cedar Point. They also say if you want more copies contact CP. That seems weird to me.

pee-body i might only be 17 but i do sk8 and snowboard designs. ive sold about 100 designs thru local shops and at highschool. even one some awards. id be flattered if someone featured my design in a book or video. i wouldnt be all 'hey thats my board ****er gimme money or ill sue' id be all 'sup dude lemme know if someone likes that design and let me know.'

its only coaster pictures that anyone can take its not like its photos of anything importnat or significant or a song like you wrote or anything. its not like you that ansal adams guy or however you spell his name and yo man i know where the shift key is i just choose not to use it like i choose not to ***** if someone used my board design in a book or video.

What the hell is sk8?
