Yeah, but I could not photo deeper due to the light even though you can see it. The track did not go much further than you can see in the pic when I was there, but it would be a hard shot to take even from in the tunnel with the light changing so much. I wanted to see the angle on the change to the landing and how far up it goes from the turn to the landing. You can sort of tell how far up it goes, and I don't think it is a very sharp angle, but it will be very fast. Should be a great time. *** Edited 4/27/2005 10:39:22 PM UTC by RavenTTD***
Went to ride Avalanche-those turns are heavily banked like Hades. Loved it.

As for the "no insurance" signs, I have heard of them, never seen them, but they would not surprise me.

OF course, you'll have to deal with their award-winning website to find it...

I love the interactive map, it's a lot of fun. But is there anywhere on their site where they have the park hours posted?

As for the hours, the don't really have them. Play it by ear on weekends before Memorial Day and after Labor Day, and you should be able to count on 10-10 in the summer. *** Edited 4/28/2005 6:15:04 PM UTC by RavenTTD***

Not that you guys care, but I guarantee you they have liability insurance. They just don't want to have to pay out, so they post a "ride at your risk" sign.
Smart. :)
