Its not all that close. From what I've been told due to the limitations of PTC train's articulation it take a full 90 feet to go from 0* to 90* [or 1* per foot]. So the double up is a full 90 feet from the 90* turn.

And look at the length of the tunnel! Amazing stuff!
Da Babies will still keep their arms down...but I don't think I'll have to tell 'em to do that.

Even *I* will have a difficult time keeping them up....and the elbows WILL not go higher than my shoulders...;)
But back on track, 1* per 12 INCHES of track length....that's a *really* sudden change in banking, on PTCs, M-Flyers, or even in a shopping cart. When taken a those speeds (and yes the train will be cruising at that point)...my guess is that it will THROW the riders ferociously to the side...
HellaMooshing?
Edit: If you look at that pic in a window that is just large enough for it and then move the right side of the window back and fourth across it as a vertical straight edge, you should see what I mean. The back of the support on that far right against the wall will all disappear under the side of the window together, but the vertical supports closest to the track from there to the man will disappear from bottom to top. They get even again over his head and then go top to bottom after that. I am pretty sure that is past 90*. *** Edited 5/4/2005 2:13:36 AM UTC by RavenTTD***
Nyah, nyah, nyah...I'm 30 minutes from this coaster! Any time I want to ride it! Even on a Tuesday! At noon! And again at 6 pm!
:) Sorry, couldn't stop myself...ahem...
And let me add that I think I just peed my pants looking at that ride. Woooooooooooo! The bank is unbelievable. I'm so paying for their all-day pass. *** Edited 5/4/2005 2:11:10 AM UTC by LadyBrett***
This place was just a dump with a kiddie coaster a couple of years ago...

You can bet that this is just about the first thing that I do after I graduate in June. Heck, I want to be one of the first to ride it. Everybody in my school is hyped. I.m going to take some photos into my physics teacher and make him drool!
