Sept. 11th 2001, Slayer released God Hates Us All. The song "Disciple" uncannily describes the events of that day, as well as the antrax letters that followed.

Canyon Blaster located in the Adventuredome in Las Vegas has an amazing 75ft drop that launches you out of your seat. Something about Arrow coasters that always give amazing first drops.
Good heavens! I was about to mention Canyon Blaster! I don't know what it is about this ride's first drop, it's only about 75-90 feet tall and the coaster is inside a dome structure, but that drop sends you flying UP. Maybe that's because the trains go 15 mph rounding a bank turn before the drop/after disengaging the lift.

Magnum.... It's only 198 ft , even though the lift is over 200
To be picky, Magnum's initial drop is 194 feet, with a 201 foot lift. Cedar Point now puts up 205 as the lift statistic, but back in 1989 when they unveiled this monster, they had it as 201 feet.

My 2nd favorite would have to be Gemini, i still feel this drop seems more intense than Magnum's and i have no reason why.
Honorable mentions definitely go to Batman:KF, Viper at SFMM, and Kumba. And even though not a coaster, Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls has a killer drop for the size.
