Because they already have an inverted tophat in the park, so a launch-inverted tophat-break would be silly to build, and I think that the combo of the short track with the huge supports and triangle footer holes means this has to be a one element ride. If the elements were small enough to have 2 or more in 2500 feet of track, the holes would be smaller and not in the TTD formation, and they would not have 2 parallel lines of footer running toward it, and the supports would probably be a bit smaller too.
I guess it is technically still possible, and I am not claiming I know something from the Lemon Chill dude, but the evidence points fairly strongly toward a L-TH-B.
