Now that I think about you are right Jeff. I can see how earphones and the MP3 itself
can be classified as a loose article.
On a side note at around 10:15 yesterday there was 4 or 5 CP maitenance men around the
Red Train final helix....
It appeared they were looking at the metal support where it connects to the footer.
But the ride did operate through out the day!
How can I see all the other pages? I am up to $105, if anyone wants to help send some money my way http://www.firstgiving.com/jeffmccabe

There's 54 pages right now. Are all of those people participating in the event? If so, we almost have 2 full trains. :)
Or, are there people on there raising money seperate from the event?

Yeah, we've only got about 20 people so far. We could definitely use more butts in the seats!

What is the tentative time we will be meeting up at the park in the morning. My drive to the park is usually an hour and half. I am thinking about getting a hotel room so I don't have to wake up way early. Would Cedar Point offer lower discounts at Breakers Express to us for doing this event?
We still have seats available if you still want to sign up. This is a great cause close to our love of coasters. Latest tally we have raised over $3250.00. Keep up the great work! Any donations appreciated
Sorry Jeff no disrespect, I should have said There are still seats available.
This is just a great cause for Coasterbuzz and I was overly Excited!
Jim
I wasn't interpreting disrespect, it just sounded like you bought more seats, which was news to me!

I think it is great that WE as a group are taking ownership of this event. Even though the seats are not all filled, WE already have done an amazing job.
There is one individual on this board that has simply blown me away with their generosity considering that they are not even going.
BTW Jeff, over the weekend we rode Lightning Racer at Hershey Park. I could easily see marathoning that one. Maybe next years Coasting for Kids could be there.
Before you can be older and wiser you first have to be young and stupid.
The year of ChocolateBuzz, we did marathon on LR a bit. We didn't get our Storm Runner ERT because it was down for mechanical. They ended up giving us Lightning Racer and Wildcat. With the number of attendees, we were able to just sit. And, a lot of us did. It was a lot of fun. :)

What's the plan if it rains or storms? Is the event canceled, rescheduled, or should we bring our ponchos?
I don't think you'll have to worry about it. It's not like Cedar Point closes when it rains.

Do we have an itinerary? More specifically, when and where will we be meeting up? I know the event starts at 7am, but I figure people need to be checked in and all that. Thanks!
Looking forward to this! :)
