Hehe - and, with their new online check in, I'm hoping to give that a shot.

Also I'm stopping by the Polynesian gift shop to pick up a "Por Favor" shirt - anyone else need one? :-D

Oh.

The real question is, can you do that all, and then come back and type with proper punctuation, capitalization, and grammar?

'Cause if so...

More details on CoasterMania! 2009...

We hope to announce the full ERT line-up tomorrow. If not, in the next few days at the CoasterMania website.

Also, many have asked about "registration." While there is no official online or in-park registration this year, you WILL have to stop at the specially marked ticket booths at the Main Entrance to receive your meal ticket, lanyard and drink wristband. You can do this at any time on Friday or Saturday.

You MUST show your valid coaster club ID to "register," receive the items and attend the event.

What about plaitinum passes issued by other parks? Are they going to scan at the gates this time or will we have to go through guest relations again?

Think of it this way, CoasterMania is free to all approved coaster club members, admission is admission. So any valid platinum members are marked free with there coaster club card.

Tony, your post ^ mentioned meal ticket. I see on the PDF that wristbands are available for purchase, but I see no mention of lunch other than the time and location. Is this included, or an extra fair event?

I am soooooo looking forward to finding out the ERT schedule. I have been reading about Millie and Maggie having issues with mayflies in the evenings. I like to scream when riding but don't need the extra protein. :)

I do have a question about the "film festival"...

I have an ancient Magnum video (edited on VHS circa. 1991!) that I would like to submit, but I wonder about the video acquisition rules. This particular project contains 44 frames (1.5 seconds) of on-ride video, but said video was quite obviously stolen indirectly from the Cedar Point image video library, as it is the famous Magnum POV with the camera mounted under the train's front bumper.

Is that an automatic disqualification?

Here's your exclusive ride time schedule, as chosen by you!

Friday, June 5

•(10:15 - 11:15 p.m.) Magnum XL-200 & Skyhawk
•(11:00 p.m. - Midnight) Maverick
Saturday, June 6

•(6:00 - 8:00 a.m.) Millennium Force
•(7:00 - 9:00 a.m.) Top Thrill Dragster & Power Tower
•(11:15 p.m. - 12:15 a.m.) maXair & Blue Streak
•(11:30 p.m. - 12:30 a.m.) Raptor
Schedule subject to change. Weather or maintenance conditions may make rides unavailable.

OMG pass the Power shot. 2 hours on Millie starting at OMG early in the morning. Why not just keep us up all night long. Figure that you won't get to sleep till 1:00am Saturday morning then up at 5:00 am to get ready for the next day.

That Friday session on Magnum would be really fun.

Maggie tends to hurt me after too many repeat rides. It is those bunny hills coming back that leave my legs sore & bruised. Not saying that I won't be riding but I will be spending more of my Friday night at Mav.

I strongly disagree with Millenium and TTD both in the morning ERT

It makes sense, though, Steve. Those are the rides that are most likely going to have the longest lines at park closing. You don't want to have to wait 2 hours for the line to clear out so ERT can start, do you?

It will feel odd not riding and reriding Raptor during AM ERT. Has been like that for me for the past 9 years!

Guess I will be waiting till the very end of the event to ride my baby! Hoepfully that equates to less people! :)

^ We have Platinum Passes so I was thinking of hitting Raptor during the pass holder ERT which starts at 9:00 AM then skipping the Saturday evening ERT all together.

The earlier TTD is, more chance for Rollbacks right? Hope i can get my first rollback this year!
