Jeff, I'm sorry for being dumb here, but what do you mean "see direct email"?? I went back to the page and do not see anything related to direct email. I even went back to the credit card form. What am I missing?

Save Cheese on a stick!
I belong to The Florida Coaster Club. It costs $20 a year. We get to ride all year . We have events every month. Sometimes twice a month. We will have our 2nd conference next month. It's not just limited to Florida either. Now that cool.
Oh, I misunderstood the club and I wasn't being condescending with my comments.  I think some people will find the club rewarding and well worth the money and I applaud Jeff for the idea.  There is power in numbers and I am sure most of the parks will help in some way.
Jeff, while the concept seems fine, just a couple of questions before I join.

(1) Why is there no anticipation of having any club elected officers to the CoasterBuzz Club, only POP World Media, LLC control of the club? (Clubs by nature are run by its memberships votes, not corporate control.)

(2) Why not have an email newsletter for club members, this can save on mailing costs of printed magazines and newsletters?

(3) Who is POP World Media, LLC? Please inform us of who is involved in Pop World Media, LLC control.

I would like to join but would appreciate an answer to these questions. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

CATHERINE ROCKS! WHEN BIGGER BABEES ATTACK!

Just wanted to be sure that all the CoasterBuzz club members know that as long as they show their membership card at out ticket booths, they'll save quite a bit on Holiday World admission tickets.

The specifics are outlined at holidayworld.com/srm.

Good luck with this, Jeff! Hope we have lots of your members Buzzing around at HW in 2002!

SLFAKE: calm down.  you're acting like this is discrimination.  its not.  its a website that is giving extra things to users who pay.  and I'm one of those people who doesn't have the money, but would like to join.  I'm considering joining because its a great value and I'd like to support the site, however I'm about to spend over $600 dollars on tickets for WrestleMania.  I can't afford $20 at this point, but when I get some more money I'd love to join.  if you don't want to pay, don't join.  the meeting calander and track record are things that aren't used very much on this site.  the main parts of it, the news and forums, are still free.

You can count me in Jeff, just as soon as I get back from the IAAPA.  I need to see how much money I'll have left.  If you need any help running this new club or would like some suggestions, feel free to e-mail me.

"I have Microsoft Excel... I can maintain my own track record, thank you."

I'm a member of Coaster Zombies already, and I'm 16 years old without a credit card. I've said many times that I would be willing to pay 20+ bucks to help the site out, and am I going to?...heck yeah!

I'm going to utilize the mail-in system. :)

I"m going to redo my message, that one did not come out...

Coasterville Dave said it best: "It's amazing how a little thing called money gets folks riled up. Those bickering need to start thinking of CoasterBuzz as a business, Jeff's business."

If you don't want to pay, then don't.  The "Coasterbuzz IRS Team" will NOT investigate your wallets.

I just think that Coasterbuzz is only growing and getting better...isn't that what most successful businesses do?  Whoever thought that this is a scam has been watching too many CNN reports and watching "Conspiracy Theory" with Mel Gibson until late hours of the night.  Our "Webmaster-J" has been dedicated, working gruelling hours, & putting up with us acting like fools and idiots for 3 years....and to call the man a scam artist is just downright ridiculous and rude.  That's personal my friend.

I'll be a member in no time!!  Now....we only need a motto.

Jeff,

What would happen if, that's a big if and hopefully will never come true, the site was shut down.  Would the club stop, would we get our money back?  Just questions that hopefully will never have to be acted on.

Number 74!  Looks like the club is growing pretty quickly Jeff!  I know I said I would wait for the check form but I am too lazy to deal with snail mail, so plastic it is!  Can't wait to enjoy the benefits!

Look folks... join if you want to. If you don't want to, don't join. Honestly, it doesn't matter to me. The benefits are listed as is. If you find value in that, join, if not you don't have to. I really don't understand what the big deal is.
