Always lost on friend, Mamoosh.
Humor, not his bag.
Hobbes: "What's the point of attaching a number to everything you do?"
Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."
Humor lost on self again.
Too many syllables confused the punch.
Hobbes: "What's the point of attaching a number to everything you do?"
Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."

NOTE: Severe fecal impaction may render the above words highly debatable.
Now if you think loud, ride-filled midways give a park atmosphere then you're going to disagree with those who prefer quiet, wooded areas.
It gets even more confusing when you think both quiet, wooded areas and loud, ride-filled midways give a park atmosphere.
And yet even more confusing if you think that a park's atmosphere -- ooh, and let's not forget charm! -- doesn't come from either quiet, wooded areas or loud, ride-filled midways.
Oh god...I'm sounding like Gonch! ;)

Well, this is my opinion. Maybe its the park, time of year, or the perspiration building up on people's bodies, but amusement parks have a very awful way of storing unpleasant odor and smell. If you ask me, shade, oxygen, filtration of bad air are three very simple reasons why trees are extremely important at a park. And now that I think about it, Cedar Point needs more trees for what I gather from that photo on page eight. Seriously, cedar point can smell really bad on a hot July day.
Sorry for my post, please don't beat me down like a red headed step child. Oops, sorry Jeff!
LOL Jeff...
I especially like the mood and respectable way Pete displayed his opinion on the top of page 8. His opinion differed from mine, but he really made me want to understand. I changed my mind a little because if his post.
Oops! My 10 minutes is up...Later!

What is a lagoon? Standing water. How does any standing water smell? Bad. What gets rid of odors? A breeze. What keeps a breeze from coming across the peninsula? Trees surrounding the lagoon.
I say cut down all the trees so Cedar Point smells better on a hot day. (Oh, and require deodorant for all guests.)
And thanks LostKause for your daily I hate this place and I want to tell everyone post.
Jeff, that is insane.
That is all.
There is rarely a peculiar smell here. Why? We are a new City without a lot of trees...and we still get a pretty good breeze. Get into the middle of the state and yes, the Everglades can stink. Why? No ocean breeze.
Lake Erie usually has a pretty good breeze. Stand on the beach and it is very obvious. Get back onto the park proper and the breeze is gone. Why? Well, the Hotel Breakers is a pretty good windblock...as are the trees that surround the lagoon.
