shocked? : )
I hesitate to say anymore...but there is so much to say.
This is the classic country fan in me but with the new clues, it's a ride honoring...George jones.
1) One of his signature songs is "White Lighting."
2) His nickname is the "Ole' Possum."
Just a thought....
A silly one at that.
Here's To Shorter Lines & Longer Trip Reports!

It'll be the first adult themed roller coaster.
Oh wait. It can't be that because they already said it wouldn't get you w- I better not type the last two letters.
Did I just go too far? :p

Thanks for the link, btw, Gonch. It's just more proof that humanity is a cancer.

Ahhh yes, the Cedar Point logos of the good ol' days! The best ever had to be during the years of "The Amazement Park", everyone in the Great Lakes region knew that tag line.
The released animation makes me wonder, could Cedar Point be going Disney finally????? Hhhmmm, who to ask, who to ask, who to ask. Joe Rando might know! Off to LAX to investigate.
I just had a thought about this. PWE takes riders past the fueding moonshiners, Canfield's and MgGees. These feuding moonshiners are based off of the Hatfields and McCoys, who were from West Virginia, just like the fictitious bottling company is from.
There is a tan colored dog laying on top of the bottle in the new Whyte Lightning beverage advertisement very similar to the tan colored dog on the ride standing next to Buck Skinner (whose name is sometimes "Timex" or "Spot").
They said that riders will not get wet. That is a question that people ask about PWE all of the time; "Do you get wet on this ride?" "No. You will not get wet on this ride."
The clearing that took place has been all around PWE.
Just an observation. I have no idea what it means or if it has anything to do with anything.

LostKause, where will the zip-line go then??? Keep in mind there are 3, gotta have capacity!
It's sounding pretty cool, very themed to the area it is going in. Have we ruled out Gerstlauer yet? Could be a themed Euro-Fighter ala Mystery Mine at Dollywood.
They are going to save the big bad wolf and bring it to cedar point and to strike twyce they are bring in the big dipper as well.
I don't think we've ruled out a new or relocated PTC coaster eaither.

From Facebook: "Cedar Point is not building an S&S, a B&M, a Grav. Group, a Mack, or a Gerstlauer."
Uh oh. Starting to look like Intamin got their foot in the door yet again...
