Cedar Fair Season Pass Announcement Soon

If PKI follows PKD with that "2006 Season Passes must be turned in to get free parking" thing, I guess I'll be paying for a parking pass, as I keep all my season pass cards.
I usually keep mine, too - but I'd have to buy 4 parking passes for my family, so I'll turn it in!

Bob

I've got to say, the reason why they wouldn't offer this Maxx pass option at the Canadian park when they seem to be rolling it out everywhere else eludes me.

If the Maxx pass wasn't good at PCW I'd think maybe it was an 'international thing', but if everyone else can bring their pass up here it seems very odd we wouldn't be able to get a pass to go down there.

Putting the 'odd' in Todd since 1976...
I just got word that PKI is issuing temporary passes for the time being, they won't have the new pass card stock in until October or possibly next spring.

And when renewing to get free parking you have to turn in your old pass. So no free parking for me.

please let them be good for Halloweekends too

Don't count on it. CP hasn't been doing this recently, and it is unlikely that they'd start now.

I know but I can still hope, especially since the compnay is re imaging its season pass especially since that is what PKI is doing.

Pki just added there 2007 season pass info.

what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I was at PKI today, and they are offering the three passes mentioned on the link posted by crazy horse. Right now, they're issuing temporary season pass cards, with the real, laminated cards due "in October, or next season".

Also, if you have an existing PKI pass, you have to surrender it when purchasing a 2007 pass in order to get free parking.

The '07 pass is good at PKI for the remainder of '06 (FearFest/Nick or Treat). It's not valid at other CF parks until the 07 season.

Jerry

Ill probably get a maxx pass.

I'm pretty sure I got free parking on mine today. He asked me if I had an 06 pass, and I said yeah, so he asked if I had it, and I said no, which was true, I keep my old passes, so I hadn't brought it.

He just said "oookay" and continues processing my pass.

Lurkers if you're reading this, please let us buy the MAXX pass at Wonderland! We'll pay the extra money, just make it available!

(It's worth a shot!)

I love how 11 days of post's on this thread are missing!!!!!!!

I miss Drachen Fire

^That would be because PKI took their info down, and when information started coming to us again someone wisely resurected this thread.
