The physics of snapping the flyers

Thanks.Are the ones at Celebration city snapable or do they have stops?

They are new ones by Larson. I've heard they are snappable, but last time I was there, I didn't know how to snap. I've heard the ride ops don't like it. When I was there, I remember the ride op going around to each tub, before the ride started, and telling everyone not to turn the sail too fast. Still, there are no posted park rules saying you can't snap. ;)
