^Actually I think the name is offensive to bulls and matadors. I think Six Flags should be a wuss like Clementon and change it before somebody *****es and complains ;-)

Oh the name is the worst part of it all. El Toro? Give me a break. What do wood and bulls have to do with each other? Besides, it's just a rip-off of Raging Bull, which is an entirely different kind of coaster. How dare Six Flags use the bull name for a B&M hyper twister and an Intamin wood out-and-back? People who visit both parks are going to be so confused. And everyone knows that the most successful coaster names contain one word and no more than two syllables.

Time for Six Flag's marketing team to get canned, if you ask me.

Yeah, this is gonna suck. The trains suck, the ride sucks, the restraints suck. I mean, None of us have ridden it yet, but it sucks.

Intamin and Six Flags are doomed! THE END IS NEAR!

I DO worry about the restraints... actually, I worry about ALL Intamins for a number of reasons. But still, a new wood coaster IN MY HOME STATE is something for me to be excited about. Unlike our friends in Indiana, wood coasters aren't exactly the norm around here!

I cannot wait! This thing looks incredible!

I've been waiting for an Intamin pre-fab wood coaster in the states. I'm so glad we're finally getting one and SFGAdv. is the park to do it.

That out and back beginning is awesome. That crazy first drop is a great way to kick off this action packed ride. It's SO steep! The ending is insane. While I was watching the video I had no idea which way I was going. Those turns are so fast!

THANK YOU SFGAdv.! :)

My question is this:

For the grand opening, are they going to call everyone matadors and hand out red capes/sheets (whatever they are called, having a brain fart) so that the crowd waiting in the queue can say "ole" and then they can put it in front of the coaster prior to taking off?

I am sure the restraints will be like the other Intamin pre-fabs.

They're going to celebrate by closing down Kingda Krap. Which, when you think about it, really isn't a stretch.

Thanks Rob, Nice to finally see someone defending GADV. I think if most of these haters actually made it out to the park for once in there life they would see that it is a lot different from other SF parks.

Not what I was expecting layout wise, but it looks cool anyways. I think it should have an insane amount of airtime and will be a great ride for the park. The video is awesome too, except it has a problem: Rolling Thunder is dueling...maybe it will next year.

I can't get over how awesome this is. All I have been wanting is for woodies to come out with a Shivering Timbers like start with monster airtime hills, and next year we are getting two of them, and both of them have much higher difference between the first and second hills which should translate into MAJOR air.

I've been to the park enough times to know that it has it's good days and bad days. And while I think it's unacceptable for a park to be that inconsistent (a good day at a park should not be a bonus), I do see the park has a lot of potential because of everything it already has in place.

Not a hissy fit, I'm just tired of hearing how Intamin sux, chuck. We all know you don't like them, mostly because of personal issues with the restraints, but any time one is announced, the first thing we hear is "Well, it would have been good, but now its gonna suck".

I can never tell what you like, one day you love PTC, the next day you love G-Trains. Opinion is one thing, but constantly complaining about the same thing? BatwingFan needs no allies...

How is Great Adventure different from other Six Flags parks? Spend some time at SFNE or SFA and then go to Great Adventure- it will all be crystal clear!
