NO NO NO! Not Son of Raven. Son of Raven and Legend! I think the webcam has been off to give them some privacy....yet another clue. ;)

Either way........Yuisshh! Not a pretty name. I'm sure it will be something simple, yet frightening, like their previous duo. Anything with Son-ov-a in the front of it, deserves a loop, a poor layout, knee replacement and a chiropractor. Or should I cue up Beast Tamer's threads again?

There's nothing like a woodie...

I'd like to see a world class woodie/pub installed. Part coaster, part ale-dispenser.

It's Friday. Cut me some slack.

Awesome pic for a date... I sure hope this birthday present is as good as this pre-announcement hype has made it out to be :)

It will be the first of it's kind...a coaster to run on both wooden and steel tracks (not supports, but the actual tracks itself)...there will be two sets of wheels, one for the wooden tracks, and one for the steel tracks (set at a smaller gauge)...throughout the ride, there will be a few switches back and forth between steel and wooden tracks, back and forth, on and on (so as both the best qualities of each type of coaster are exploited, creating both a unique and masterful ride!

Lol it's 1:15 am, cut me some slack here ;)

Haha no I'm not giving Patrick the finger

You may get your wish joe.; the new clue in the holiblog indicates the ride/area will be themed to St. Patrick's Day. :)

Well, I guess they really couldn't build a wooden coaster in a new area themed to Arbor Day, could they? ;)

If you jump off a cliff, you might as well learn to fly since you've got nothing to lose

You can check out negative g for a new 06 attraction site photo, but I can't tell what to make of it. Where were the trees taken from?

I'm not sure I follow. All I see is a bear with a shamrock on it wishing the crew luck this season. Not everything in the Holiblog is a clue as to what is coming next season. I'm not saying that you're wrong, just that you shouldn't jump to conclusions.

I personally think that St. Patty's Day would be a neat addition to the park. I'd love to be able to eat corned beef and cabbage there.

ummmm, yeah. Thanks for the hint. ;) But seriously, HW IS building a half woodie and half ale-dispenser next year. You can tell from the pic of the teddy bear. No really! I mean it!

While standing in line for the Legend yesterday, I noticed a peculiar L-shaped bracket. I went around to the outside of the station for a better look, and now you can see it too:

I think to go along with this great coaster (wishing) - we need something else for this St. Patty's section. A sally dark ride themed to evil Leprechauns!

Nice catch there KenK. That is the second time I have seen that brace in a wood support structure and I still have yet to find it in steel. Edit: but that one seems to have 2 bolt holes. The other pic I linked to before only had the one. *** Edited 5/9/2005 3:01:53 PM UTC by RavenTTD***

So I take it we will get free Pepsi, Mountain Dew and Guinness in a new St. Patricks Day area? ;)

Could a park like HW actually pull off a section themed to "Easter"? They have the Christianity present in their Christmas section, so I was wondering if they could do the same.

Because Jesus is the reason for both seasons

OK, so I must be the only person that noticed RM state "that must be a winner" (sorry don't know how to use the quote option yet)

So she has all but promised that it will be a woodie, with a lot of air. Horizons will be changed (that view on Neg-G is not exactly in the waterpark). Well I have never heard of a cookie cutter ride with new theming winning anything.

Yes we all doubt that HW would build anything over 130 feet, but remember if you have never been to PKI you have to follow little beast prints just to find The Beast, I believe they can easily defeat it in their forest and going out over the water would be a breath of fresh air. Oxygen = trees.

Promise us a woodie, a winner, but I ask you winner of what? Records, Gold Awards, both, something more? What will we be delivered???
