Yes. When I worked in Ferdinand (8 miles north of Santa Claus) I left work at 5pm and got home at 4:10.

A-HEM!

I believe he asked Paula, not Paul.

(I *Never* leave work at 5 o'clock! :))

Case in point: you said you were going home when it was 6:44pm EDT, which means 5:44pm HWT.

Nearly two hours later, presumably at home, Paula is still working... :)

(Hard to believe this isn't the top thread anymore! Time to fix that...!)

Don't worry RideMan. In a few weeks, Paula is going to announce that she is going to one-up this and then this will be the top thread.

HWT ... good one, Dave. :) In the neighboring community of Saint Meinrad, the townsfolk are on "slow-time" in the winter, while the Archabbey is on "God's Time."

Yeah, time to get this thread back on track.

If everything stays on schedule, I should have another interesting photo for our HoliBlog early next week.

How about a coaster that when you get to the end, it's actually, 2 1/2 minutes earlier than when you boarded? ;)

Sounds like a winner! :)

Oh oh, you could build the world's tallest reverse freefall coaster to spring forward and fall back! :)

Bill, on a scale of 1 - 10 ... I'd say all the above guesses are at about a 4.

I think next week's clues will get everyone in line. Together we'll figure this out, by hook or by crook.

I hope that buoys your spirits

Must cast off, now ... this gill's got laundry to catch up on!
