I've come across some really nice looking caosters but then again I've come across some really ugly ones.Just to name a few, Batman and Robin: The Chiller, Batman: the Escape, Thunder Road, and typhoon at Santa's Village.
Which ones are yours?

I agree about Thunder Road. It looks so Old and Worn-Out without White Paint.
IMO Most Mine Trains look Bad, but then there made to look that way.
I also think that the Hurricane at Myrtal Beach Pavilian looks bad, spread out over the Midway like it is.

I don't think of too many coasters as ugly, though there are a few that stand out as pretty.

What do I Listen-To?
I waited for 7.5 hours through four tornado warnings and all I have to show for it is this lousy kiddie coaster credit.

As for ugly rides, well Dreamworld's Thunderbolt is a ride that'd otherwise look great, but the fact that it's been eleven years and counting since a coat of pain, and has turned this ride into perhaps one of the worst cases of coaster rust around (I'll give you Batman: the Escape though - that's just horrid).

Auscoasterman, you took the words outta my mouth about Thunderbolt. When I saw this post about ugly coasters the first ones I thought of were those horrid double loop coasters manufactured by Meisho Entertainmnet Machines like this one at Fuji-Q Highlands:

Not that that makes a tad of difference in the ride experience ;)
