Thanks guys.. I am actually getting a second opinion.. from a more specialized doctor. Yes swoosh, it was from football... It has never bothered me when riding coasters though, so who knows... I will be praying... This doesn't mean I can't still go to parks :) CC opens in two (2) days. gotta go, i'll write more later

Is anyone else as excited as I am to ride Ozark Wildcat? I have been waiting for this ever since we first heard out about the coaster... And the park. It should be a lot of fun knowing Silver Dollar City.

I am excited about the upcoming ride on the Wildcat, it will be the only other wood coaster other then the Zingo in Tulsa that I have been on (and that was a LONG time ago) oddly enough I was thinking of hitting the old Zingo while in Tulsa this weekend.

Ok, I just got some of my best news in a while. 2 items. I went to a different doctor about my back, and he said I can ride coasters just as long as it doesn't start hurting bad... also, on this Saturday, my friend is letting me go behind-the-scenes at CC because her dad is the owner of the SDC foundation. so I am very excited for that!!

Yep those will help, just stay with it and do what your told. I have been down that road when I had back surgery and several months of physical therapy (or was that mental I can never keep that straight).
Yeap, that's what I have been planning on doing.... it's good to know there's someone in here with experience!

Bill, we are still on for the 10th. I checked my work schedule and I still have that Saturday off. As for the behind the scenes tour, if you want to take pictures (wink wink - nudge nudge) that would be great. I think I am going to the park (CC) tomorrow (Thursday) - it is supposed to be open then. Also does anyone know if they are charging for parking? I know at SDC they don't, but this is a whole different ball game at CC.
