The parks scheduled opening day is May 1st so do we want to set up the un-event for that day or for May 9th?

I wish I could be there Thurday the 1st but I won't be able to go until Friday the 2nd or the 9th.

I wouldn't be able to until the 3rd...

More than likely, I won't be going until the 3rd (which will be busier than hell - but what the heck). Bill if you want to make plans to meet up and do both SDC and CC, I think that would be a great idea. I went down again today. The had the trains ready to "test" but they never did it while I was there (boy was I dissapointed). The parking lots are marked now (woo hoo?) and they were testing some of the rides. The park looks pretty much ready to go - with the excpetion of a few things.

Is Jackrabbit up yet?! That must be a very easy coaster to assemble... like legos for kids I guess. haha. That all day thing would be pretty fun... well see. I might have a golf tournament, but I do not think I will

I can not imagine what CC will be like some nights in the summer. espicially weekends... If we think that SDC is busy on weekends, think about CC. SDC is about 10 times the size of CC... right now anyway....

The article said the park wouldn't open until May 30, but I thought it was opening at the beginning of May. Is the article wrong or did I just miss something?

May 1 is the opening according to the park's website and all the various phamplets and schedules. Guessing the May 30th date is just a typo or mistake.

Question for you guys (JWolg, Swoosh, etc.).... I see the park-hoppers and whatnot on their site, but we'll probably have only one day to do both Branson parks after SRM...

Do they have any combination tickets that *aren't* multi-day passes...I can e-mail them directly if need be, but thought I'd try "the locals" first...;)

I think the smallest park hopper pass they have is the 3 day one, which includes all of their parks. With that being said, it isn't too expesive to get into both SDC and CC in one day. In fact it's the same price to get into CC as it is WWB

One more thing.... Does the Wildcat Simulation work for any of you guys? Everytime I try it, the stupid "IExplorer has performed an illegal opperation"
Speaking of which, who decides that such actions are illegal? Unless I.Explorer ran up and killed someone, I think it is behaving perfectly legal.
