never forget Brent, I was born (well, hatched) in Joisey, and raised (and then lowered for the most part) in Maryland....FL was where I looked to when college rolled around. I had visited enough to know it was a "cool" place to live....
Now, in my *middle-aged crazies*, I am seriously considering California....ya never know...;)
Gator, if you come to Wisconsin to ride the "one eyed wonder"(and I am not talking about M:TR here or any such clone) let me know. I live in the Milwaukee area so if you come out I have the perfect excuse to break away for a day and go to Big Chief's.

I admit it. I cried watching "Steel Magnolias" and "Fried Green Tomatoes" even though some guys are not affected [or lie about it]. But I dare anyone to watch "It's My Party" and not cry.
What an odd thread this has turned out to be. How did we get from tomfoolery to chick flicks?

By now you MUST know I wouldn't dare venture north of the Mason-Dixon during *non-coaster riding season*. The parks are closed, it's cold, the roads and traffic are horrendous, and there's annoying white powder all over the ground.
No... that's Detroit. The rest of the area it's just snow on the ground.

"My Life" had a much greater effect on me "sad-wise" than "It's My Party" ever did, but hey.... call me tough! Actually, I am the biggest wuss I know regarding movies... I still cry at the end of the "Wizard of Oz." True... :)

Oh, dear Lord... I never knew this thread would get as low as it has. Why am I reading it? (Other than the fact it's entertaining)
As for "What happened to Coasterbuzz?" I didn't know it went anywhere!

I'm with ya, Nasai. When Dorothy says to the Scarecrow, "I'll miss you most of all" the waterworks turn on for me, too.
As for "Shaving Ryan's Privates" the first 20 mins were tough emotionally but I don't recall crying at the end.
OK...here's another. What man hasn't at least gotten verklempt when Ray Kinsella discovers the only ballplayer left on the Field of Dreams is his deceased father?
