Ever Feel unsafe or like something was wrong?
One time when I was on CannonBall Run in Alabama we were going up the lift hill and the car felt like it jumped up off the tracks. I think it was because we were the only ones on the train, so the chain pulled harder than it had to.

Ummmmm, well before I went to SFMW in October I kept having these really bad dreams of like people getting killed on coasters or the roller coaster flying off the track, so when we were on Medusa and just heading into the last helix, the train and my restraint made this really weird "jiggling" sound and the train really felt like it was coming loose and was going to fly off the track! AAAHHHHHH! Luckily it didn't happen, and it made the ride a little more thrilling. :)

While riding Loch Ness Monster I saw some fool up front stand up thru his shoulder harness turn around and hold on to his friend behind him from the first drop till right before the tunnel entrance I just knew he wasnt going to get down in time and be splattered all over the monsters layer.
Well of course everyone in the park saw him and he still tried to say he didnt do it. I asked a ride op later on what happened and he said security told the group not to ride any more coasters that day(what? no ejection?) So what did these geniuses do? They came back to nessie an hour later. This time they were escorted to the exit gates
when i was on the steel phantom for the very last time before it was closed and redesigned, the harnesses popped up. i was in the front seat in train 2. as soon as the train started its accent i heard a noise and my harness shot up. i grabbed it and held on for dear life. its a good thing that centrifical force excists.

Well, this is the only time I didn't feel safe on a ride.... Here I go. I was going on X for the 4th time (yes I was an annual pass holder), so far the ride had been extremely smooth, and it was a great ride, but they were having problems with the restraints, shutting down about 4-6 at a time then re-opening them. Well, luck of the draw I got a recently "repaired" restraint system. As we dispatched, I felt a slow clicking noise in my restraint, thinking nothing of it--bad move halfway through the raven turn the restraint popped up off my shoulders, now this was quite alright, the closing shoulder harnesses were still in the locked position. Until the in-line twist, where they suddenly opened! This really scared me but I only had 1 in-line twist to go so I just held the restraint shut. After arriving into the station, i jumped off that thing an ran as fast as I could dear god it was scary. But that was the only time I've ever felt unsafe on a ride.

Once on SFOG's GASM, my "buzz" lapbar flew up and became loose on one of the return bunny hops. Good thing they have seatbelts! (I've even seen people unbuckle their belts on the lift hill, thinking their buzzbar, which is fairly high up to begin with, will hold them in).

About two years ago I was on the American Eagle @ SFGAm. I was sitting the very front row of the red train. We started to go up the lift hill, and the front car started to jump off the track. I remembered hearing about it on the news before, but it was scary.
Another time wasn't me, but I went on V2 this summer, and my friends were going to go on the train after me. After I got off I waited at the exit. The whole back side of the train's restraints wouldn't go down. So they made them get off the ride. They tried to test it and it broke down as they tested it. (Without people on it) So for my friends it was pretty scary, and for me, because I had the last train before it broke down.

The only time I honestly worried about my safety was when riding the Double Loop at SFWoA one time back in 2000. They dispatched our train without locking the harnesses on the car I was in (they do it manually with the pedal on the side). No one in the car realized until on the lifthill and so it was too late to do anything about it. Luckily the harnesses are heavy enough that you have to use a lot of force to push them open. When the train arrived back in the station we all pushed our harnesses up and got out of the train just as the ride-ops started to unlock the harnesses of each end car. Needless to say they were quite surprised to see us able to get out on our own.

On Raging Wolf Bobs, the track (by the boardwalk Turn) shakes a good foot or two in either direction when a train passes on it. You can't feel it on the ride, but you can really see it from the ground.
