I was told the name of the woodie is going to be The Jersey Devil and is being built on Vipers spot.
Although I think you are correct in saying that the new woodie will be built in and around the old Viper lot but I'm not sure your source was reliable enough to know the name of the ride already...Unless Six Flags has announced it already and I'm just behind in my news?
Somehow I doubt it, though. They'll probably reuse some corny name from another coaster. :P
I really like the name "Jersey Devil". I hope they don't call it "Batman:The Wooden Coaster" lol.
or "Son of Rolling Thunder" lol.
Please stop posting here as well, we're spending money to make sure SFA never gets anything ever again...
I generally agree with your post, except, the water park isn't completely new. Just a "Ultimate Makeover"... Other than that... Good Post!
A day at the park is what you make it!
(ducks to avoid SFDL whiners as well as SFA whiners, and waits to think of something that can tick off the SFAW & SFKK whiners ;))
But...I'm sure I'm telling you nothing new
Now wait till he finds out HE's the reason they haven't gotten a new coaster. They're sick of the whining ;)
I wrote an article for ARN&R not too aweful long ago that (I think) got published about SF canceling coasters and adding a bathroom just to spite BWFSFA. I'll have to find that link...
WTF!yet another coaster going to SFGRADV?
"Waaaaa! SFA just got a great new water park! Waaaa! It wasn't a coaster! I'm never going back! Waaaaa"
I think you 2 need a timeout. ;)
Is it the offseason already!? ;)
Kyle Says: Diamondback was a lot of fun! Made his first time at Kings Island worth it all!
(using force thought control) I did not write anything on ARN&R. You did not see anything written by me on ARN&R.

I'm sure that you will want to buy a 2006 SFA season pass. ;) Trust me.
Here is another one that keeps chirping about knowing what the next attraction is going to be at SFA.... ARGH!!! Gosh, it's going to be a long seven months.
A day at the park is what you make it!
I've always wondered that.

Seriously, elaborate themeing is possible, but sometimes not practical ($$$), or easy to engineer to be rider friendly. FOr examples of nice train themeing see Big Thunder Mt. Railroad.
I guess I'm a true coasterbuzzer now...I finally have my own pancake kid! ;)
(He actually doesn't like pancakes! I asked!) lol *** Edited 6/5/2005 3:54:35 AM UTC by Kyle Fobe***

*turns and forces Batwing and Beast Fan down a flight of stairs headfirst* ;) hehehe
If I can be serious for a minute...
Whatever woodie SFGadv gets, as I've said before, will be a welcome and good addition to the park. I haven't heard too much on the ride experiences of people on the prefab woodies in Europe...but it's Intamin, and it's a company I can trust (with wood, anyway...not talking about launch coasters...unless this is a launched woodie...btw is that possible?)...I'm hoping not for a record-breaker...but an awesome ride in general!
Haha no I'm not giving Patrick the finger
