Check this out: http://rcdb.com/id3183.htm

Interesting...did anyone know this???

Knoebels- 4/28

Ya, for about a month

hello
Old news...still pretty cool though
Yeah, considering they just got KK.

Knoebels- 4/28

Is there any info or half way reliable speculation about where it will be placed or what it will be replacing?

It will be replacing Viper and Rodeo Stampede. There is alot of speculation on stats and where this ride will travel. A little birdie told me it will cross Rolling Thunder at one point. It will be a twister. Ohio is going down next year, again. *** Edited 6/3/2005 1:36:46 AM UTC by ScAnKiNRaB***

Scankinrab You laying it out for us to play it out? HAHAH

Thanks,
DMC

Remind me I need to ride the Beast again this year...
That's a Jeff quote

Those who don't know and don't tell what? We all know there is a woody going to SFGAdv next year. Nobody has to 'play dumb' on that one :).
"If you're ever falling off a building, go limp. People will try to catch you because. . .Hey, Free dummy!"

Thats a Jack quote.

Down is the new up.
Lets see who's woodie ends up higher on the wood tracked coaster poll in 2006.

Holiday Worlds or SFGADV's

Chuck, not knocking this Intamin at all, Just I believe a great coaster is being built at HW by people who know how to thrill.

I have to agree with Charles Nungester, HW already has 2 of the highest rated woodies in the world and when they build this next one, they will have another top ten hit.
LOL, "Ohio is going down." Best quote ever! I think the only thing that's going down is Six Flags' stock.
I guess they are turning Gadv into the new Magic Moiuntain. When I went, rides were pooly maintained, especially Rolling Thunder. Nitro's shuffle was 10 times as bad as what I usually get on Raging Bull. Batman Launch side was not open. Now they are just adding more coasters into it. Like I said, GAdv will soon be spelled SFMM.
So since they are adding coasters at a higher rate than normal, that automatically places them just like SFMM?

Better tell Cedar Point to slow down then before they get the same rep. :)

My favorite MJ tune: "Billie Jean" which I have been listening to alot now. RIP MJ.

At least this should give SFGadv a respectable woodie...

Haha no I'm not giving Patrick the finger

I think it is cool that they are getting a new woodie, but I do think that they really need to get their act up and have all their rides operating as it is. I mean they are still running one train on many of their coasters, that is when they are open. CP may not have the record breaker anymore, but I love going there the most because they always have all the trains running on every coaster, and with very minimal downtime on anything but TTD (which has been operating very well lately). I was there for three days and got 24 rides on MF and 10 on TTD because of the fast dispatches and smooth operation.
I have to admit, it is a little dismaying to see the 2nd S:UF train sitting in pieces awaiting a completed rehab. Would have been nice of them to complete it during the offseason!

Were cars lined up for miles on the causeway this past memorial day weekend? They were at Six Flags.
