Whats wrong with TTD ?

MILLENNIUM FORCE IS THE BEST COASTER IN THE WORLD!!!*

*"World" refers to the 350+ coasters that person making claim has experienced. ;)

Well I was at CP this weekend and I had a long conversation with the dippin' dots guy and he didn’t know what was wrong with TTD or what the park was getting for 2006. So I went hunting down the Lemon chill guy surely he would know what was wrong, but sadly I could not find a lemon chill stand. So I went to my next source one of the people emptying the trash cans there all over the park they must talk to a lot of people, He must know what was wrong with TTD and surprisingly he told me that one of the gears in the gear box lost some teeth and sent a bunch of metal bits through the hydraulic system, but he had no info on the 2006 plans either.

Haven't you guys heard? TTD is down for the rest of the season because they're chopping off the top 200' ;)

(That's what they Lemon Chill guy at Dorney told me on Sunday, and he must know since it's the same company)

"Life's What You Make It, So Let's Make It Rock!"
So the trash man told you what happened to TTD? I guess I'm going to have to talk with him next weekend. :)

There is more to the gearbox story than losing a few teeth, but in any case the new gearbox is on it's way. How long it will take is completely unknown.

Finally some promising news "officially" from cedar point...

Wow. I just happened to be on the very last ride on TTD on the night of Sept. 1. The next day (my last day at CP), I realized it was down, but I would have never thought for this long.

I know, so what? Well, it's always cool to have been "the last guy to have ridden TTD before it shut down for a month."
